Ready for fall & reminiscing summer 🌤️

#fall #summer #travel #nyc #bostonma by @macknzierichardsn

It’s officially fall, which means pumpkin cookies are back 🧡

Save this for your first fall bake!

Brown Butter Pumpkin Snickerdoodles
1/3 c pumpkin puree, blotted dry
1/2 c salted butter, browned and cooled
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/2 c granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp white vinegar (OR 1/2 cream of tartar)
1 1/4 c all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Cookie Dough Coating
1/3 c granulated sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Process:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Brown your butter and let it cool
3. Take your pumpkin puree and put it on a paper towel. Blot it with another paper towel until most of the excess moisture is absorbed.
4. Add your pumpkin puree, browned butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar to a bowl and combine.
5. Fully incorporate the egg yolk and vanilla, then add white vinegar (If using cream , do NOT add here, it goes in your dry ingredients).
6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and cream of tartar (if using).
7. Slowly combine your wet and dry ingredients, until all flour is incorporated.
8. For your coating: In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
9. Roll your scooped cookie dough into the cinnamon sugar coating and place on a non-stick baking sheet.
10. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool.

LOOKING FOR A MISSIONARY TO PARTNER WITH?👇🏼

My younger sister is doing AMAZING things for the Lord by building the kingdom.

From a young age, she’s always had a heart for missions and seeing others come to know and receive healing through the Lord!

I remember her coming home from missionary trips to Kenya at the young age of 13 and being so excited to share all she had witnessed.

Fast forward, she’s now been to Africa and ministered to people multiple times, graduated from a Youth With A Mission (YWAM) school in New Zealand, shared the Gospel in Japan for 3 months, then attended another YWAM Discipleship school in Colorado Springs where she grew closer to the Lord in more ways than one.

She now has the opportunity to be on staff at the school in Colorado Springs and disciple other young missionaries!

I’ve missed many details, but I truly believe she’s going to continue to impact our country and the world with this new opportunity.

She’s believing for $2,000 a month in support. If supporting missions has been on your heart, I encourage you to visit her blog, her social media pages, or contact her to hear more about the vision the Lord has placed on her heart!

Also enjoy the throwback photo from sending her off on one of her first mission trips!!
