The last 48 hours have been WILD!!! I’m so glad that I said yes to going out to be in attendance at the @weallgrowlatina #AmigasInBusiness event. I did not know what to expect, but it was worth showing up for myself and others! Taking the journey as an entrepreneur is no joke. I chose this path to be present for my kids. Motherhood is never easy, but when opportunities arise, we do our best to say yes and figure it out. I’m grateful that my loved ones support me in achieving my goals. Not only was it a fantastic event, but being in a space to connect with other mujeres who understand and support what you are trying to do is priceless! I am proud that I could connect with my sisters, my coach @wendyamara and with many other beautiful women who believe in my work! The best part was coming back home in time to make it to my daughter’s open house. She had been waiting to show me her classroom. Thank you, @anaflores_me for the invite; I won’t forget this moment. Now it’s time to edit the photos! by @madebymaricruz
As promised, I put my sticker on Lorenzo’s memorial Your vote matters For our ancestors would couldn’t use their voice For our kids futures For women’s sovereignty For our communities For a better tomorrow For life and for love of humankind by @madebymaricruz
POV: My 2026 Cali Trip Last month I traveled back to my home state of California to cover @wendyamara Yes Mujer You Can event. It’s been 20 years since I moved away from SoCal, although I have visited many times before, this was the first visit that felt like I was in-between the two worlds. One that I was born into and the one I created while being in Texas. Either way this trip was overwhelming with by the receiving of friends, family and community that my heart was overjoyed. Some of the highlights:

✨ My Mom coming to see me work for the first time ever. Ive been a creative for over 20 years, so this was big for me. 🇲🇽 Reuniting with the beautiful women I met in Mexico from @tamarindopodcast Encuentro Retreats and enjoying the LA skyline. 💞 Girl time with my sis-in-law and youngest niece 😎 Hanging out with my brothers. Met the new girlfriend. It went went well :) 🔮 Gifted my first tarot card deck thanks to @guavas.granadas 🫂 HUGGING ALL OF THE MUJERES. They have seen and supported my growth since 2022 🌊 Resetting my soul by dipping my toes in the Pacific 🥣 Having the best pozole at @tacosmondragon_ Seriously, take the drive to Anaheim. The food is worth it. Thanks @themarinamondragon for brunch 👀 Watching mom & the tias speak their chisme 🎰 Having my first casino experience with my big sister. Lost all my money on the slot machines. 📸 And of course the event itself. Doing what I love with the people I love. While I was sad to leave, I also missed my babies in Houston.

This trip was work & play, but all love. Shout out to @adrianabravaesq & @str8shot.studio for taking pictures of me while I work! by @madebymaricruz
Thank you to @madebymaricruz for this shot from the 3rd retreat to Mexico I hosted earlier this year! 🥹 . It’s fitting to post this days before @mr_devoe and I embark on our epic journey to Mexico where we plan to be “bi-national” living in both CA & CDMX Hire me to plan your next gala, host your retreat, facilitate your board meeting, or help your nonprofit board grow! All work I plan to continue to do from both sides of the border. by @madebymaricruz

I’m taking a mini break with my daughter to visit my Mom in Washington state. Like any typical grandparent household with full of pictures, she has one of those digital frames where this little gem came up on the screen. It brought me joy and made me remember that I have met, worked with, and done some really cool projects throughout my career. This was a campaign to encourage the community to get their vaccine shot during the height of COVID pandemic. Circa 2021 The late great Mr. Foreman was such a great person to get a chance to film. He isn’t the first celebrity I’ve worked with, nor has he been the last. Often I try to be humble and low key about the work that I do. But this picture reminds me that I have and I CAN continue to do great big things. I think it’s time for me to start showing and sharing what I’m capable of. by @madebymaricruz
