What people don’t tell you
is that the long way is the shortcut
because the shortcut never gets you there.
so people quit when things get hard
because the thought of things being hard forever feels unbearable.
But that’s a lie.

Do you hear that? Is your body saying any of these things? If so, it’s not normal to feel all the above! It’s time to pour from a full cup + step into who you are created to be. You are made for more than let these whispers go and let your body scream at you later. Health is wealth.

Check out my website here http://www.bewellandtell.com to help silence those whispers! Plus msg me for an added discount! by @madeformore.fitness

I’ve been loving these workouts from the Runna app. Helping me with a routine for working out and training for a race. Short + sweet! Keeping my legs fresh and core strong. Plus had to share H doing box jumps with me to 🙃 by @madeformore.fitness

So what you have a hard day, you are not able to get a workout in. You’re not eating your cleanest, etc. So what?! Life happens. Don’t dwell on the negative. Of course, celebrate your good days. But remember what matters is what you do MOST days. If you are discipline in your healthy habits, having those hard days will not derail you. You have built your health on a firm foundation and not a leaning a tower. You are made for more than to let those days control you.

Enjoy the holidays with peace. 💚🎅🏼❤️ by @madeformore.fitness

Who is in with me to do a 10 day STEP & PREP Gut Reset for the 10 days leading up to Christmas!!
I know that this time of year is so much sweeter when we
(1) have energy
(2) have less or no bloat
(3) have a strengthened immune system and
(4) have some glowing skin to match the glow of the season (couldn’t resist).

So here’s what I’m doing: beginning Friday, 12/15 I’m committing to 10 days of GreenSynergy Elixir (all things gut health & glowing skin, Fizz, AND 10 days of 8-10,000 steps (I’ve have heard, #1 tip for overall health). This leads straight to Christmas Eve!! ❤️💚

What happens when we do this all 10 days!?! Join me and find out (consistency is a really big deal I’ve learned) ☺️ I’m going into this Christmas season feeling healthy and energized!! WILL YOU??
Message me for details. I’d love to add you to the group! Tips and recipes coming all 10 days to those who join me! by @madeformore.fitness

Proud of my early birds for consistently showing up and putting their work in. It’s never easy but always worth it. One thing I tell them is to treat their workout like it is an appointment so they won’t miss it. Consistency creates discipline. Discipline creates healthy habits which help you reach your goals. Healthy habits creates sustainability. You’re worth all that. #madeformore by @madeformore.fitness

You have already won the day. Whatever battle presents itself today to you- tell it I already won. The enemy tries to engrave in our minds that he is the winner with failure, inadequacy, comparison and all the things. But that’s A LIE. Our God created me and you to live a life that’s made for more than believing that. You have victory in Him. You have power in Him. You have truth, freedom, promise in HIM. by @madeformore.fitness
