How silly would it be to believe that God gave you a vision, a calling, your ambition... and didn't have the support lined up to help you bring it to fruition?

Whatever you believe is supporting you, whether it's angels or energy or anything in between, the Made for More community is here supporting your vision too.

From CEOs who have built the business on our vision board to experts in marketing, finance, systems, and mindset...
From the speakers on stage to your new Biz Bestie next to you...
From the talks and tangible advice to the hugs and love and palpable lifting of your spirit...

We've got you, babe! We can't wait to see you in person but until then, we're here cheering for you.

Want to connect with more SLP CEOs to learn, grow, and expand together? Comment CMC and we'll send you the link to the CEO Momentum Circle where you can get all of the Made for More support, before our next conference! by @madeformoreslp

👻Truly, dont scare us like that!👻

Let's not forget about the email from your biggest insurance panel with the subject line “Recoupment Notice.”
...a prior authorization that expires the day before the eval.
...a credentialing application that has said “in process” since March.
...your therapy materials budget after one trip to the Target Dollar Spot.
... or hitting reply all on the payroll email.

There's also nothing scarier than missing out on the next Made for More so if you're not already on our waitlist, comment VIP and we'll make sure you're the first to know as soon as details are available!

What's in your CEO House of Horrors? 💀 by @madeformoreslp

It just hits different when it’s your signature at the bottom of the checks and your team has been making massive impact all week!

Who’s clocking out with a little swagger and pep in your step this week? We’re celebrating you!

And that’s exactly what we do here! At Made for More, the woman across the table is a fellow SLP or OT business owner who wants to see your practice SHINE a little brighter. 👑

Our speakers get on stage to teach the business skills none of us learned as therapists.

Our strategic networking sessions and the vendors who serve SLP business owners are there so you go home with people you can call the next time something goes sideways in your business.

And the CEOs who join us are all there to lift each other, grow together, and connect with other SLPs who just ✨get it✨ the way no one else can!

We hope you find the woman who cheers louder for your next hire than you do, and we will save you a seat at the next conference so you can meet her. 💛

Who will we see the next Made for More? by @madeformoreslp

Owning an SLP practice and running it like a CEO are two different things, and most of private practice owners are will be surprised by the difference. 👑

You set your own rates, you pick your own caseload, and you stop being the person who approves the font on the intake form. None of that happens by accident. You decide it, usually after a really long day that makes you question if this was really the right career for you after all...

But, it doesnt need to come to that! We're helping you see the blind spots before they become a problem in your practice!

“I don’t know what I don’t know, but I do know there’s more to know.” If that sounds like you, you are already further along than you think.

Don’t let ANYBODY tell you being a CEO is actually easy. If this was the easy road, everyone would be on it.

One of the pillars of the Made for More community is honoring the work you’ve put in and the work you choose to show up for every day as a leader, a visionary, and a changemaker.

When you surround yourself with powerful CEOs making massive impact, ending generational patterns, and making more than anyone in their bloodline… it normalizes those things. And while that may help you grow, we also need to remember that those things are NOT the norm and deserve all the celebration!

SLP CEOs, slide 10 is our favorite, because you get to be the breadwinner and still be first in the school pickup line. 🚗

Grad school, clinicals, and your CFY trained you to be an excellent SLP. Owning your practice is how you turned that training into an income that supports your whole family and a schedule with plenty of time for them.

Made for More is the business community where SLP practice owners connect online and in-person and learn the business skills we aren’t taught as therapists. When business owners have their own financial security and autonomy, everyone around them wins. 👑

📞 May every intake call turn into a booked evaluation with a dream client.
🗂️ May every insurance panel approve your credentialing on the first submission.
📊 May your P&L make you gasp (in the best way) the first time you open it.
📅 May your caseload stay full and your cancellation list stay small.

We are saying amen to all of it, especially the part about insurance panels.

Sending prayers, love and light, good vibes, and allllll the success to every SLP CEO who reads this.

SLP practice owners made the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, and we need you to understand how big of a deal that is. 👑

Inc. magazine ranks the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America every year.

Every company on that list was measured by the same formula.

A speech therapy practice sits in that ranking next to software companies, construction firms, and AI startups, and it got there the same way they did: three years of revenue growth.

Congratulations to @slpbizqueen @lubapatlakh @letstalk_speechtherapy @bjorempublications @wildflowertherapynv! 🎉

Here is what it means for you. The business education you never got in grad school can be learned, and the proof is now on a national ranking. An SLP who spent her CF year learning treatment plans and prior authorizations can grow a company fast enough for Inc. magazine to rank it.

When SLPs have their own financial security and autonomy, everyone around them wins: the clinicians they hire, the families on their caseload, and the next SLP who sees this post and finally starts her own practice.

To every SLP on this year’s list: we are so proud of you and we hope you are loud and proud about this accomplishment bc you deserve the celebration. You started as a clinician and now… You’re on the Inc. 5000 as a CEO!!

Who’s going to be on this list next?? by @madeformoreslp

We have never once told a practice owner to ghost someone, but these habits are def ghost-worthy... 👻

Every habit made sense at some point when you were getting started.

You took your own intake calls the year you had three clients and no front desk.

You did your own credentialing when the whole practice was you and a laptop.

Then you grew the practice but kept the habit. Nobody on your team is going to point that out, because every one of them reports to you.

Inside the CEO Momentum Circle, other practice owners will. Weekly momentum calls, monthly guest sessions, and quarterly CEO planning labs with women who will help you see those blind spots, and then help you fix it.
