Dear reminiscent travelers Past and present pilgrims So long To echoed laughters To fired screams To burning tears To tight squeezes To little winks To simple goodnights All these together Remain fixed In our shared space Return to them As you may or not They will be there Let them be a rock Stones to be carried Set at your next home Think on it fondly Your hidden treasures Golden as they are So long Are the memories So short The clock we had Thank you For this foundation For this fountain It came from you Love is not unnoticed Yours is a stone I carry I set it down in my new home To tell my future pilgrims Of my reminiscent travelers by @madeline.alyse

• As I dreamt Hidden, awakened You’re carefully tender Calloused hands Were heavily weighted Will this all pass? . A sound Second to the bells of consecration Is the door of the confessional Opening The heart in its deepest ache Is the very humility of one forgiven The forgotten Sins finally removed clean Never to be remembered again Wounds Set before the Father’s hands In gentle care to be healed Left Are the broken depths of hurt Now to be made whole in completion Behind All joys He was there Waiting for me to look In His arms now held forever Found in the home set before Ashes Are the lies once written Burned through the fire of love by @madeline.alyse
