Officially 7 years in the real estate game.🥂

This year I had the honor and privilege of creating the 512Collective team with @relive.realty. Having a team is easily one of the most fulfilling things I’ve gotten to do in my career thus far. Helping coach new agents, share my knowledge, and hyping up these badass people is a privilege I’ll never take for granted.

These are just a few of the faces behind 512Collective. These agents have shown dedication, resiliency, and always show up with innovative ideas and a great attitude. I’m proud to not only have them on the team, but to consider them my friends.

7 years down, many many more to go.

And thank you to the BEST photographer in ATX for capturing these beautiful photos 📸 @batcitymediatx by @madeline.hastings

The blueprint of the most perfect, beautiful, wonderful cat. It’s never easy saying goodbye to your closest companion. Little girl was a cat of many names. Girl, squirrel, pearl, burly girl- or my personal favorite, burlington coat factory. If you’re a pet owner, you understand how the nicknames evolve.

She was a lover girl; She was sweet to everyone, loved belly rubs, butt smacks, chirping at birds, and her most prized possession- her scratching board. She had a ridiculous nasil-y meow that always made me giggle. She was my light and my joy. My sweet girl, I love you forever and ever and ever and I know that our souls will meet again someday. Thanks for growing up with me. You’re in my heart always. Until we meet again. I love you.🤍🤍🤍 by @madeline.hastings

Quick little work/life update: I have a team now. ✨

These are just some of the incredible faces behind 512Collective, and to say I’m humbled to work alongside such bright, dedicated, and resilient people would be an understatement.

Helping clients find a place to call home has always been my favorite part of this business. Now, I also get the privilege of building and supporting a team of badass locators who are just as passionate about helping people find their perfect fit in Austin.

Watching this team grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career, and I’m so grateful for every person who has trusted me along the way.

If you’ve ever been curious about getting into real estate but aren’t sure where to start, I’d love to chat about what being part of 512Collective could look like for you.

And if you’re looking for your next apartment or home in Austin, we’ve got you covered there too. 🏡🤎

And of course, thank you @relive.realty for trusting me to build my team, and a VERY big shout out to the best photographer in ATX, @batcitymediatx 📸 by @madeline.hastings

Big motion (April was fun) by @madeline.hastings

29. 🥹 What a beautifully, perfectly imperfect year 28 was. Last year may have been my favorite year yet- not because it was easy, not because every day was amazing, but because of the growth I got to experience.

I went on my first solo trip and went to a festival on my own, because someone told me even if you’re scared- do it scared. Even if you’re alone, do it alone. I also had the privilege to see the world with the people I love most, from Australia, to Japan, to Vegas, to Miami, and Denver.

This year I also had the honor of starting my own team with @relive.realty, which has been one of my biggest accomplishments yet. If you know me, you know I love my job- and what a joy it’s been to get to help my teammates launch their own amazing careers in real estate.

But the best part was spending this year with my village. I got to watch the people I love get married, have children, start new jobs, move to new places, and accomplish their dreams. I wouldn’t be half the person I am without my people, and every day I wake up and think about how grateful I am for the community I have in my life.

And if that hadn’t already made 28 perfect, I also moved into my dream apartment.

Life has a beautiful way of working its way out, even when we can’t see it happening in the moment. 28 wasn’t easy- between all the laughs and love was also tears and hardship. But from that, we grow, we learn, and we become better versions of ourselves. I’m grateful for all of it.

Here’s to 29. ✨ by @madeline.hastings

New friends + new places 🫶🏼 🇯🇵

Onsen, temples, late nights out, skiing, Tory gates, hikes, maid cafes, cooking classes, castles, Omakase, deer park, and lots of giggles and life long memories. This was the trip of a lifetime and I couldn’t be more grateful.
