God is with us
Artwork for the Juried Exhibition 2023.
The artpiece reflects how God is with us at every point of our lives, which is echoed in the lives of the Israelites being delivered from slavery and into the promised land. Not only that but Jesus died so that we may walk along side him and be guided into what God has planned for us❤️
Was really happy to see my artwork displayed along with so many other talented artists. Dont know why I didnt post sooner😅 by @madelineortiz_art

ROOTS- oil on canvas 14x14 in

This piece was inspired by Mexican style artwork, depicting bright vibrant colors with a mix of personal religious elements such as a cross and dove, and a red flower. As someone who is half Mexican I wanted to show appreciation for my cultural roots as well as acknowledging how Christianity is also such a big part in my culture as well, adding beauty to my everyday life❤️🥰🫶 by @madelineortiz_art
