It’s okay to not be okay, and to give yourself grace. ✨

To highlight the importance of mental health during National Suicide Prevention Week, Carli Bushoven with @active_minds led a discussion on Destructive Perfectionism. A big thank you to the @aimeeokifoundation, @madisonholleranfoundation, and @activemindslvhs for collaborating to change the way we talk about mental health. 💙💛 #suicidepreventionmonth by @madisonholleranfoundation

Last night at the Northern Highlands Senior Awards Ceremony, Caroline Kern received the Madison Holleran Foundation Beacon of Hope Award. 💜

For her Girl Scout Gold Award project, Caroline focused on sports injuries and the impact they can have on athletes’ mental health — a topic deeply connected to the Foundation’s mission of supporting mental wellness, connection, and hope.

This fall, Caroline will attend Wake Forest University on a health & fitness/pre-med track, where she also plans to play club lacrosse and continue her passion for community outreach and service.

Congratulations, Caroline — your compassion, leadership, and commitment to helping others truly embody what it means to be a Beacon of Hope. ✨ by @madisonholleranfoundation

Done! 40 miles in the books ✅ 🚲 thank you to everyone for donating! We made almost $5,000 to END suicide. 💜 by @madisonholleranfoundation

We’re back on the road for the 2026 TD Five Boro Bike Tour—riding with purpose and heart in support of the Madison Holleran Foundation
Last year, your support helped us raise over $3,900. This year, we’re pushing even further.
Every mile we ride is for those impacted by mental health challenges. Every donation helps break stigma, expand education, and strengthen suicide prevention efforts—so no one has to struggle alone.
If you’re able to give, we’re so grateful. If not, sharing this post helps more than you know.
Let’s come together, show up for one another, and make a real impact.

Today, the 2011–2014 Girls Soccer Team was officially inducted into the Northern Highlands Hall of Fame and wow did they deserve it. Those seasons weren’t just about the wins and titles; they were about something deeper: family.

Maddy always saw this team as more than just teammates. You were her best friends, her constant. To her co-captains Brooke, Jackie, and Emma — thank you for leading beside her with strength, heart, and unwavering friendship. The bond you shared was always one of her most cherished memories-on and off the field.

Congrats to Coach Madigan — your belief in this team helped shape incredible, strong, and confident players.

Thank you to the Hall of Fame Committee, especially Chris Kunisch , for including us today and always treating us like family.

This team left a legacy; not just of championships, but of love, loyalty, and unbreakable connection. Congratulations, Highlanders. You are forever a part of something extraordinary. ❤️🖤⚽ by @madisonholleranfoundation
