A HUGE congratulations to Nico Diaz, our Men’s League Champion for 6 years in a row!! 👑⛳️ Nico is truly one of a kind. He’s humble, he’s incredibly talented, and he has officially earned his place as a Mad Russian Golf Course legend. What a run! 🔥 And a special shoutout to two of the people who make Men’s League happen year after year. Randy Miller and Bob Reider, President and Vice President of the Mad Russian Men’s League for the past 10 years, are the true unsung heroes behind this league. We’re grateful for everything they do to keep this tradition going. 👏⛳️ Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Men’s League and helped make another great season at Mad Russian! 🏆 by @madrussiangolf
Our TRPR staff just wrapped up our 3rd annual Parks & Rec Academy a couple weeks ago! Each department gave us a behind-the-scenes look at their roles and how they shape our community. From learning to laughing (and a little healthy competition among staff 😉), it was such a fun and engaging way to connect as a team. Special shoutout to the team of Olivia, Ellen, Kasey, and Erin for washing golf carts the quickest & to Erin for winning the chipping contest! 👑🙌 Our academy concluded with a memorable staff outing and graduation! 🎓🎉 by @madrussiangolf
What a morning at our first ever Mad Dash 5K! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, cheered, donated, volunteered, and helped make our inaugural race one to remember. From seeing the Mad Russian Golf Course from a whole new perspective to celebrating together after the race, it was incredible to see our community come together for a wildly fun morning while supporting the Thompson Rivers Foundation. 💚 And of course, we couldn’t have asked for a better post-race celebration! From delicious breakfast burritos from Doug’s Diner in Milliken and refreshing drinks and snacks to the incredible live music from @samanthaerinmusic, you all helped make the morning even more special. And thank you to @rapidresultstiming for being there to make sure every Mad Dasher was accounted for at the finish line! 🎶☀️⏱️ You all made history with us and helped start a brand new TRPR tradition. We truly couldn’t thank you enough for coming out and being part of such a special day, and we hope you had an amazing time out on the course! Kudos to all of our Mad Dashers for embracing the madness!! We can’t wait to do it again next year. 😊 by @madrussiangolf

What makes the Mad Russian, the Mad Russian? Maybe it's the challenging fairways. Maybe it's the stories that have been passed down for nearly 40 years. Maybe it's the tight-knit community feel. Maybe it's the people who come back round after round. Or maybe it's a drink waiting for you while enjoying the view from our gorgeous new deck after a round. 😉 Whatever it is, we're pretty sure you know it when you experience it at our local gem. 💚 by @madrussiangolf
Leaves are changin' and the views at Mad Russian are 😍! 🍂 by @madrussiangolf

Imagine being told you couldn't join the local golf club... so you decided to build your own. 👀 That's the story of Ted Blehm, the farmer and original “Mad Russian” who dreamed up his own golf course just north of Milliken. His determination to challenge the established way of doing things eventually inspired the name and unique spirit of the course we know today. by @madrussiangolf
