After months of rehabilitation, all that hard work is finally paying off — more mobility, less pain, and concrete results, improved range of motion, and greater endurance in daily activities.

Months of rehab = progress: more mobility, less pain, small wins every day.

A bit of mechanical practice once you’ve learnt the movement, followed by repetition, and then moving away from a mechanical approach during role playing sessions.

Lots of fond memories of training in India.

Once again, an exercise combining coordination/correction and tempo. The starting position is the tierce-position beat with the hand dessous; this can be followed by various variations, such as the quarte-position beat, etc. by @maestroepeeach

There’s no point in rushing; you have to set off at the right time. After several months out of action, it’s important to brush up on the basics and work on your technique. by @maestroepeeach
