When your seating chart becomes part of the décor - now offering custom printed vintage and heirloom trays ✨ by @magnoliadesigned

Figuring out your wedding seating chart doesn’t have to feel overwhelming, it can actually be one of the most creative parts of your planning.

From escort card displays to statement signage and creative installations, your seating chart is one of the first things guests see when they enter your reception. It helps everyone find their place and sets the tone for the celebration ahead.

But before you design the display, you’ll need a plan for organizing your guest list, tables, and seating assignments. That’s why we created a step-by-step guide to make the process easier (and a lot less stressful).

In our latest blog, we’re sharing:
🪑 When to start planning your seating chart
🪑 How to organize guests and tables
🪑 Tips for seating family and friends
🪑 Creative ideas to display your seating chart

Byan & Sharief’s wedding @posthtx was a vibrant celebration of love, culture, and joy. ✨

Blending their Egyptian and Palestinian traditions, the day was filled with unforgettable moments — from a lively entrance with drummers and sword dancers to the surprise of an inflatable dancing gorilla that had everyone laughing and dancing all night long.

Every detail, from the soft pink florals to the custom signage by @magnoliadesigned, came together for B+S, creating a day that was both timeless and full of personality. 💞

Finding Deeno 🐠

Did i do this cake 9 months pregnant hoping it would put me into labor? Yes. Did it put me into labor? Sadly no 😂
