It might sound cliché now. Maybe even funny to some people.

But I wasn’t always happy. Quite the opposite, tbh.

I was far from being present. Far from enjoying the little things.

Before rehab, I was deeply depressed. Dead inside. No energy. No will to keep going. Just existing, not really living.

So when I say I’m fucking grateful to be alive, I mean every single word.

Now? Fuck sake. Life is beautiful.

Even in those dark moments. Even when things don’t go my way. Even when life gets fucking messy.

I’m not saying I’m happy every single day. I’m not saying life is perfect.

But I’m here. I’m feeling it all. The good, the bad, the uncomfortable.

And I’m taking it all in.

Because there was a time when I didn’t even want to be here.

And now I wouldn’t want to miss a single morning like this. ☀️
