On a cool, fall night at @memphisbotanic, thousands gathered for a night of food, community, and a $10,000 cash prize duck calling contest at Chêne Fest. Mahaffey rolled in with our premier structures: a striking black A-Frame tent, two Timbertrac tents, the crossover tent, and frame tents spanning the grounds, and a full suite of comfy rental furniture at the Chêne Underground Lounge. Huge shoutout to the incredible teams who trusted us to anchor the entire experience. We couldn’t pull events like this off without you. Got a massive build or a festival on the calendar? Shoot us a DM and let’s talk structures. 📍 Memphis, TN | National installs available #MahaffeyEvents #ChêneFest #FestivalDesign #ChêneGear #EventProduction by @mahaffeytent
For the past 100 years, we’ve transformed blank slates into something completely unrecognizable, but @now.you.glow’s Front Row private shopping event pushed us somewhere new. Glow Luxury’s Founder and CEO, Lauren, wanted a space where her clients could find their dream luxury handbags, connect, and make memories along the way. With the help of an incredible vendor team and our own talented crew, we brought this event to life with custom display walls and columns designed to showcase designer handbags, a custom vinyl-wrapped bar, and carefully curated furniture from our rental collection to tie it all together. Thank you, Lauren, for trusting us with this event. We can’t wait to see how you top it next year! Planning an event that needs something built just for you? Last month, 10,000 FedEx employees and their families spent time touring the planes behind the work they do every day. Guests explored the fire trucks that protect the hangars, asked questions about FedEx’s day-to-day operations, and enjoyed @hogwild_amf catering and family-friendly activities. Mahaffey was there too, with our new M-120 Frame Tents installed to give thousands of guests somewhere to rest, regroup, and take it all in We’re so grateful to partner with legendary Memphis organizations, like FedEx, and create a space where they can share these special moments with their families. Fun fact: This is the second FedEx Family Day in 10 years, so if you were there, you caught something special! 📍 Memphis, TN | National installs available #MahaffeyTent #FedEx #CorporateEventRentals #MidSouthEvents #EmployeeAppreciation by @mahaffeytent

These three design choices will instantly enhance your wedding day. Swapping your simple bread plate for Mahaffey’s Presley Plates and covering your cocktail tables in patterned avocado green linens are small changes, but they’re the ones guests notice first and say, “This is so them.” Need more inspo? DM us your vision, and we’ll help you find something even better. 📍 Memphis, TN | National installs available Design & Planner: Wrecking Ball Events | @wreckingballevents Venue: Hotel Pontotoc | @hotelpontotocmemphis Flowers: Kennedy Noel | @kennedynoelflorals Photography: Faith Sipe | @faithsipephoto Alyssa Jeanes Photography @alyssajeanesphotography Video: BriLinn Co | @brilinnco Drone: Sam Sikes | @samsikesphoto Wedding Gown: Low’s Bridal | @lowsbridal Men’s Suit: Oak Hall | @oakhall Jewelry: Platinum Jewelers | @platinumjewelers901 Stationery: Paper by Jane Bradford | @paperbyjanebradford Makeup: Kayleigh Bodily | @thatmuakayleigh Hair: Leeana Rios | @la.x.beauty.llc Draping: Events Beyond Imaginations | @eventsbeyondimaginations Cake: Palmer House Bakery | @palmerhousebakery Mahaffey: Plates, Silverware, Cups, Chairs, Tables, Stools, Green floral linen | @mahaffeytent Main table linen: Elegant Chair Solution | @elegant_chair_solutions Bridal Shoes & Guest Dresses: Stock and Belle | @stockandbelle Bride and Groom models: Victoria and Jordan Encarnación @victoriamarie.e__ #MahaffeyTent #MemphisWedding #WeddingRentals #StyledShoot #EventDesign by @mahaffeytent
@memphofest’s VIP suites came with a stage view and an 8,448-square-foot double-decker Mahaffey tent. Inside the @lexusofmemphis tent, guests didn’t have to choose between comfort and a good spot - comfort and a good spot - they settled into sofas and lounge chairs with every set in view. We might have brought the rentals, but you brought the good time. Planning a festival, corporate event, or large outdoor build? Morgan and Layne wanted a classic reception tent that fit right into their private estate wedding without blending into the background. Mahaffey’s recommendation? The Sailcloth Tent. Set up on the soccer field Layne grew up playing on, the Sailcloth Tent turned a field of memories into a grand ballroom, tiled dance floor and all. Sage greens ran through the bridesmaid dresses and the ceremony setting alike, while tailored seating and ivory florals filled out a reception that felt polished but never staged. We’re grateful for the team of talented vendors who worked together to create something so incredible that it earned a spot on @stylemepretty - read the full feature at the link in our stories. 📍 Little Rock, AR | National installs available Planning & Design - @jessikamccuinweddings Photography - @cameronandelizabeth Videography - The Powells Gown - @unveiledlittlerock Florist - @tanarahluxefloral Rentals - @eventology_us and @whitedoorevents Production - @crownentertainment Vinyl - @rolln_wrapz #MarriedUnderMahaffey #MahaffeyTent #ArkansasWedding #SailclothTent by @mahaffeytent
Wait too long to book your tent, and you’re choosing from what’s left. Every couple pictures their day before they plan it: the tent at golden hour, the tables set just right, sweet moments in warm, glowing candlelight. What most people don’t picture is the timeline behind it. Most couples start planning their weddings 12-18 months in advance because they’re guaranteed to get their top picks. The earlier you start choosing those pieces, the more they end up feeling like you, and that’s exactly how the day should feel. Save this for your planning timeline, and book a consultation at the link in our bio. 📍 Memphis, TN | National installs available Planning & Design: @bellabaxterevents Venue, Catering, & Bartending: @dixonmemphis Photographer: @madelinerosephotos Florist: @snapdragonfloral901 DJ: @tigercitydjs Dress: @jennyyoonyc Hair: @mega_b_hair MUA: @kimberlyyasminemakeup Matchboxes: @thelaldie.co Custom Cups: Etsy: @myweddingstore Late Night Snack: @hattiebs #MahaffeyTent #WeddingPlanner #EventProfs #EventRentals #MemphisWedding by @mahaffeytent
Ann Ragan and Kevin McCaffrey had been picturing their wedding for a long time, and at Memphis Botanic Garden, every detail brought their dream to life. Mahaffey provided the ceiling drape overhead, French Beige Velvet Sofas and Hardy Ottomans paired with Midas Coffee Tables for in-between moments, and White Stage Fronts to tie the room together.
