I first saw @sebcoeofficial at our graduation ceremony and remember being amazed by his journey — from winning two Olympic medals to bringing the Olympics to London and becoming President of World Athletics.

Last week, we had the chance to hear from him again at university, discussing sport’s growing influence in global diplomacy.

I’ve always admired how athletes can bring their firsthand experience of sport into leadership and decision-making roles. That understanding of the sport, both on and off the field, can offer a valuable perspective when making decisions. 🧩 by @mahour_bhr_

It was a good experience 🧩👻💫 by @mahour_bhr_

Sometimes you get lost. It’s stressful, uncertain, and uncomfortable, but maybe that’s exactly what you need. Sometimes the unknown path leads you exactly where you’re meant to be. Be brave enough to get lost and trust the journey. You’ll find a place that feels right for you, where you truly belong 💙🧩🧶 by @mahour_bhr_

Loughborough was never just a university to me.

It was the place where I took the first big step toward the future I had always dreamed of.

For the first time in my life, I felt like I was exactly where I was meant to be.

Thank you, Loughborough, for giving me experiences I’ll carry with me forever 🧩💜

For most of my life, studying was just a box to tick.

And then Loughborough University London happened.

Somewhere between lectures, assignments, research, and way too many coffees 😴, I discovered that learning could actually be fun.

It also showed me a whole new side of sport. One that made me want to keep exploring this industry not only professionally, but academically too.

Turns out, sport is pretty cool… even in academia 😎💙🧩

And about The Big Bang Theory… if you know, you know 👀
