Morning beauties ☀️

Let’s talk Watermelons 🍉 💦 the best way to kickstart your Monday is by fueling your body with foods high in antioxidants like -> 🍉

Watermelons make up over 90% of water - which means it’s natural high water content is perfect for:
✨skin elasticity and hydration
✨combats inflammation(wether you’re stressed with your to-do list or skin issues) this rich antioxidant fights off oxidative stress and free radicals
✨Vitamin A & C - helps to brighten skin & helps with skin tissue repair (which means your acne scars should be able to heal quicker over time)

Remember your diet is just as important as your skincare routine, so make the healthy choice to eat right 💁🏾‍♀️

Happy Scrubbing & Cheers to beautiful skin
