Dear Football,

You gave me discipline.
You gave me structure.
You helped shape me into the man I am today.

For as long as I can remember, the game was my life. Every decision I made revolved around chasing the dream of playing professionally and building a future through the sport I loved.

But over the past two years, life has challenged me in ways I never expected.

When my professional career didn’t go the way I planned, I found myself lost at times. My energy was being pulled in multiple directions. So many opinions. So many voices telling me what I should do next.

But through all the confusion… God’s voice was the loudest.

What started as simply training athletes slowly became something much deeper. During one of the hardest transitions of my life, this process gave me purpose again.

To every athlete, every adult client, every parent, every person that trusted me with their goals and growth — thank you.

Truthfully, you all helped me more than I ever helped you.

You helped me turn pain into passion.
Confusion into clarity.
And pressure into purpose.

There were a lot of silent battles behind the scenes. A lot of prayers. A lot of conversations with God asking what my next chapter was supposed to look like.

Now I finally understand.

Everything that happened was preparing me for this.

I’m beyond blessed and excited to officially announce the soft launch of K4 Performance.

We’re officially in phase 1 of building, growing, and creating something special for the community.

Coming soon.

Some mornings you just get up and go 💯

Got an early run in before the workout, but the work started before the first mile.

A proper warm-up is about preparing the body to move…increasing mobility, activating the right muscles, getting the nervous system firing and gradually building into the demands of your workout.

It doesn’t have to be complicated, but it does have to be intentional.

Prepare the body. Then go perform.
