✨Healthy skin and a smile are the best make-up you can wear. ✨ True beauty is not about changing how you look, but nurturing what is already there. Cosmetic acupuncture supports your skin’s natural renewal, encourages circulation and helps promote a healthy, radiant glow. Combined with facial sculpting massage, it offers a moment to slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself. Because when you feel good within, it often shows on the outside. 🌿 Natural beauty. Inner balance. A glow that comes from within. #cosmeticacupuncture #acupuncture #healthyskin #facialrejuvenation #londonbeauty by @makiko_transform

If you asked me what I believe my life purpose is, this is it. 💛 I love connecting with another soul and holding space for healing to unfold. I also call upon our guides and spirits for support, allowing deeper layers of healing to emerge. If you’re wondering what your life purpose is, start by looking at your natural gifts — the things you do with ease, almost without thinking. Begin by sharing those gifts with others. The more you offer what comes naturally to you, the more you may find yourself connected to your calling. Sometimes, your purpose isn’t something you need to find. It’s something you already carry within you.🫶🧘🏻❤️ #lifepurposecoaching #soulpurpose #ʜᴇᴀʟɪɴɢᴊᴏᴜʀɴᴇʏ #testimoni #gifts by @makiko_transform
🗣️Your jaw might be saying something your voice hasn’t yet said. That tightness. That constant clenching. The feeling that you can never quite let go. Sometimes we swallow our words. We suppress anger. We stay quiet when we want to say no. We hold ourselves together because it feels safer than expressing what is really there. Over time, the body can begin to carry that story. The jaw is often one of the places where we hold tension — although there can, of course, be many physical and emotional reasons for jaw tension. With facial acupuncture, I work gently around the jaw and face to help soften muscular tension and create a deeper sense of relaxation and awareness. Perhaps this is your invitation to ask: What am I holding that I’m ready to let go of? You don’t have to clench your way through life. ✨ DM me if you’d like to experience facial acupuncture. #healing #selfcare #acupuncture #tmj #emotions by @makiko_transform
