Summer country concerts are so good for the soul. by @makingthishouseahome_

My girl 🤍🤠

Idk how people do Insta filming while they’re doing other things, we were rushing out of the house and Kins demanded we do this video (my mistake for showing it to her to begin with🤪)

We loved the @hardy show though and can’t wait to see him live again!!!! by @makingthishouseahome_

She waits every day for the bus to come home with the kids….. She’s truly the best dog.

Sending love to the pet parents who have the privilege of caring for their senior pups. 🤍 by @makingthishouseahome_

This is a series of 10 live photos I took and I was able to turn into a video, with only a couple hiccups 🤭

Disney 2022 when Charlotte was just 8 years old.

Who knew how much this would mean in 2026 with the release of TS5 🥺✨🤠

Have you seen it? Are you going to!? by @makingthishouseahome_

I am sorry you won’t ever get to experience this feeling.

This video was taken almost one year ago to the day. Our girl made some of her biggest accomplishments yet!!!!

And does every day feel this way?
Is every day rainbows and butterflies?

Nope. But tell me someone who has a typically developing child that has a perfect day every day????

I am deeply saddened by this story... But the way people have shown up to talk about down syndrome, to educate people, to support families of people with Down syndrome; that is the best of humanity and THAT is what I am holding on to.

So…. I am sorry you will never experience this feeling, but I am so thankful that I get to every single day. 💙💛 by @makingthishouseahome_

This is just my trial an error over the years with two young kids!!

🤍stay on schedule; whatever that looks like for your family. Don’t adjust bedtimes or meals or get up earlier or later, keep it the same as always. I keep the kids on their same routine no matter what so it helps them stay on track.
☀️on the actual day (yesterday so this isn’t helpful now) I set my alarm for the same time I always wake up, that way I don’t sleep “an hour later” and everything is rushed that day.
🤍 changing the clocks immediately also helps so that you aren’t confused and or your kids don’t notice!
☀️GET OUTSIDE. The longer days are so good for you and so is the sun. As much vitamin d as you can get, do it!

This is what works for our family. I am always on a strict schedule anyway and wake up and go to bed at the same time regardless of what day of the week it is, so I think it may be just cause I’m a creature of habit.

Cheers to sunshine ☀️ 🤍
