SWIPE FOR RESULTS 🤭 Consistency. Consistency. Consistency. ✨ Real results don’t come from one facial… they come from commitment, homecare, and trusting the process. This is what happens when you stay consistent + follow your plan 👏🏽 Less inflammation, smoother texture, brighter skin. Not at our ultimate goal but certainly not where we started 🥹😇 Stay the course… your skin will thank you 🤍 #acnespecialist #trusttheprocess #washingtontwpfacials #washingtontwpesthie #skinhealth by @maluesthetics_llc
When we’re trying to transform the skin it takes time. These photos have been taken 7 months apart. 6 sessions of microchanneling Procell therapy and home care. Our client has one tx left and would have a total of 8 sessions to achieve the results. Everyone’s timeline is different when it comes to achieving the desired results. I do know that consistency will aid those results 🤷🏻‍♀️ Her redness has reduced. Her pore size has shrunk. Her scar has faded. 😍 by @maluesthetics_llc
Lightening hyperpigmentation can take a lot of work depending on how long the client has had it. Newer pigmentation is more superficial and therefore easier to remove. Here’s an example of how a chemical peel can help lift pigment. None of this works unless you’re faithful with your sunscreen. So if you’re suffering from hyperpigmentation, starting with an SPF is primary. If you’re curious about chemical peels you can book a Chemical Peel Grade I to start with 😊 #njesthetician #hyperpigmentation #melaninskincare #selfcare by @maluesthetics_llc
Okay you guys know I don’t do content because it’s humbling! lol it took me about three hours to edit this video. I’ve done the voice over 16 hundred times and my little accent still be slipping through 🤣 “ima call you out on it” like girl was that even English?! ANYWAY, ima give myself a little grace but I am trying to be a little more intentional about putting out a little bit of what happens in the treatment room and what you can expect. So today we did 3 layers of Circadia MandeliClear, 2 layers of Vitamin A Accelerator, a little spice and a whole lot of yapping! 😂 Today’s focus was stubborn pigmentation, uneven skin tone, and breakouts with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) on her chest. Now comes the important part… POST-PEEL CARE! We’re keeping it simple while her skin goes through its renewal process: ✨ Circadia Vitamin Veil — Gentle, nourishing cleansing without stripping the skin. ✨ Circadia Post Peel Balm — Soothes, moisturizes, and supports the skin barrier during recovery. ☀️ SPF DAILY — Especially when treating pigmentation! Sun protection is nonnegotiable. And of course, NO picking, scrubbing, or pulling at peeling skin! Remember, the goal isn’t how much you peel. It’s the improvement we’re working toward! Stay tuned for her peeling journey and results 😊 #washingtontwpfacials #washingtontwpspa #washingtontwpacnespecialist #washingtontwpcorrectiveskin #washingtontwpacneexpert by @maluesthetics_llc
The audio is quite literal for me 🙃 and when it’s your passion, the years feel like months. 6 years of working with skin and all the things I still don’t know 🥹 I think our skin is sooo cool. The things is capable of are beyond words. Grateful for the growth, the communities I’m a part of and mainly my clients who trust me ❤️✨ Little reminder: Winter season is approaching, this will be a good time to switch your moisturizer. If you have questions send me a message. #washingtontwpfacials #washingtontwpnj #washingtontwpacnespecialist #washingtontwpcorrectiveskin by @maluesthetics_llc
Acne is one thing… but the marks it leaves behind? That’s a whole different battle. One thing I always educate my clients on is that clearing acne and correcting post-acne pigmentation are two different processes. When the skin experiences inflammation, it can trigger excess melanin production, leaving behind those stubborn dark spots we call post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). And here’s where patience comes in bc we have to treat the root cause before addressing the scarring. Just because the breakouts have calmed down doesn’t mean the skin is finished healing. Those lingering marks can take months to fade, especially in melanin-rich skin. Our focus during this time? ✨ Getting active breakouts under control ✨ Minimizing unnecessary inflammation ✨ Supporting a healthy skin barrier ✨ Targeting pigmentation WITHOUT creating more irritation ✨ Staying consistent with home care and SPF Healthy skin first. Correction second. Because treating pigmentation aggressively while the skin is still inflamed can actually set us back. These are the transformations I love sharing because corrective skincare isn’t about overnight results. It’s about understanding the skin, respecting the process, and making intentional decisions along the way. A little patience, a lot of consistency, and a plan that makes sense for YOUR skin. 📍 Malú Esthetics | Washington Twp, NJ #washingtontwpfacials #washingtontwpacnespecialist #washingtontwpcorrectiveskin #washingtontwpacneexpert by @maluesthetics_llc
Happy National Esthetician Day to all my fellow esthies! 🥹🫶🏽✨ 6 YEARS IN and what a ride it’s been!! 😭🤍 The growth, the lessons, the connections, the challenges, the wins… I wouldn’t trade any of it. And the funniest part? The more I learn, the more I realize how much I STILL don’t know.!!! This industry will humble you real quick! There’s always another technique to master, another class to take, another ingredient to understand, and another way to become better at what we do. But that’s what I love most about it. An industry that literally NEVER stops giving. 🥹 Six years later, I’m still just as passionate, still curious, still learning, and still falling in love with my craft over and over again. Here’s to never getting too comfortable, always remaining a student, and continuing to grow. To my clients, fellow esthies, educators, and everyone who’s been part of this journey, THANK YOU! You’ve all played a part in the esthetician I am today. And to think… I’m only getting started 🤭 #NationalEstheticianDay #washingtontwpfacials #washingtontwpspa #washingtontwpacnespecialist #washingtontwpcorrectiveskin by @maluesthetics_llc
Dermaplaning is everyone’s favorite but what we do AFTER matters too. We love a good dermaplane for removing dead skin buildup and peach fuzz, but we’re not stopping there! Today’s mask cocktail featured three Circadia favorites: 🍵 Red Tea Mask — antioxidant-rich nourishment. ☁️ Marshmallow Whip — all about hydration and soothing the skin. 🧬 Pre & Post Biotic — helping support a healthy skin barrier. Because here’s the thing… not every client’s skin needs the same treatment, and even your skin’s needs can change from appointment to appointment. That’s why we customize. We’re treating the skin in front of us, not just following a facial protocol. A little exfoliation, a little skin love, and a whole lot of intention, always 🫶🏻 📍Malú Esthetics | Washington Township, NJ by @maluesthetics_llc

Black Friday specials, holiday bundles, gift cards, discounts… we all love a good promotion, but there’s a difference between being BUSY and being PROFITABLE! 👏🏽 I’m excited to join my fellow Skin Safeguard Pro Board members for a Community Roundtable where we’re talking all things holiday pricing, promotions, and strategies that make sense for YOUR business. Because the goal isn’t just to fill your books this holiday season. Let’s talk COLLAGEN 😊 One thing I always remind my clients is that collagen building is a PROCESS, not an overnight transformation. Collagen induction therapy works by creating tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This signals your body to begin its natural repair process, stimulating the production and remodeling of collagen and elastin. But here’s the part I really want you to understand… Your skin doesn’t build new collagen overnight! ✨ The first few days: Your skin focuses on healing and repairing itself. ✨ The following weeks: Your skin begins laying down new collagen and rebuilding its support structure. ✨ Over the next several months: That collagen continues to mature and remodel, gradually improving the appearance of texture, acne scars, and overall skin quality. This is why I’m always preaching PATIENCE and CONSISTENCY! We’re not just chasing that immediate post-treatment glow. We’re working toward healthier, stronger-looking skin with improvements that develop over time. And remember, collagen remodeling doesn’t happen at the same pace for everyone. Your skin’s condition, treatment plan, and proper home care all play a role. Trust the process. Give your skin time to do its thing. Trust me the skin is more resilient than you give it credit for. Results take time. Healthy skin is the goal. 📍 MALÚ ESTHETICS | Corrective Skincare by @maluesthetics_llc
