3 months ago, I decided to take #MeekFit team to @the_dragons_lair “HOME OF THE CHAMPIONS” 🔥🐉
(Yes this video is also long overdue ha)

Couldn’t be happier with my decision. Everyday, I’m challenged and inspired by the people around me. In the quieter mornings, I’m able to really reflect on what I stand for, what my purpose is, and what Meek Fit is all about.

It’s not about the hype, it’s not about superficial positivity, it’s about real life with real people just trying to become better versions of themselves everyday! && I am honored to be part of that journey! 🙏🥲 I always say, it’s already a hard one to take, so I make sure my clients don’t go through it alone, I make it easy & fun (at least try to 😝)

Praise God for revealing my purpose & giving me the platform, the influence, the support, and amazing clients to do what you have called me to do! 😇🙏

Hit me up if you’re ready to start your transformation. I finally have OPEN SPOTS & I’m also finally ready to fill up my whole days… it’s grind time baby!💯🔥

Link in bio, go to my website, fill out the inquiry form & I’ll get back to you ASAP! 1 on 1 training, partner training, & online coaching available NOW!

🎥 @enerizemedia @3mnick super sick video thank u 🙏 #beast

Don’t skip training YOUR QUADS!!!!

Not only do I think it looks sexy having toned quads…

But training your quads will:
✅ help stabilize your knees
✅ preventing injuries
✅ help maintain standing posture
✅ reduce knee pain

Strong quads result in strong legs which help support everyday things we do like walking, running, climbing stairs, picking stuff up from the ground.

Strength training isn’t just for looks!

The older we get, the more important it is to lift weights!

Training quads is my second fave next to shoulders 😬

I’m definitely getting used to my routine. Working out late mornings but still trying to push it back to 7/8am! Work in progress here but nonetheless, we got a routine!

No one talks about how hard it is to go from this ➡️ this.

I’ll be 110% honest with you…

I feel ZERO shame about gaining 50 pounds during my first pregnancy—or about how I look in that last clip.

Once upon a time, my life revolved around fitness.

4 a.m. workouts.
Meal prep Sundays.
Progress photos.
Coaching clients.
Always chasing the next goal.

After five bikini prep seasons, fitness wasn’t just something I did—it became part of who I was.

It’s probably how many of you found me.

And then…

I became a mom. 🥹

Pregnancy changed me in the best way.

For the first time in my life, my body wasn’t operating the way I expected.

My knees hurt when I tried to squat.
Carpal tunnel made everyday tasks miserable.
My appetite had a mind of its own.
My hormones were in the driver’s seat.

For someone who always believed discipline could overcome almost anything…

That was incredibly hard.

But it was also one of God’s greatest gifts to me.

He softened the part of me that always wanted to be in control.

He reminded me that not every season is meant to be mastered.

Some seasons are simply meant to be received.

So I leaned in.

I enjoyed growing my son.

At the end of the day, all that really mattered was that my husband looked at me every single day and still saw the most beautiful woman in the world.

And honestly… that was enough. 🤍

Today, I’m 6 months postpartum.

I have loose skin.
Stretch marks.
A C-section shelf.
A softer stomach than I’ve ever had.

And somehow…

I’ve never been more in awe of my body.

This body carried my son.

This body endured 43 hours of labor.

This body continues to nourish him every single day through breastfeeding.

This isn’t the season God is calling me to lose weight.

This is the season to heal.

To nourish.

To slow down.

To be fully present.

To soak up every first with my son.

The weight can wait.

These moments can’t.

So if you’re a mama struggling to recognize yourself in the mirror today…

Please don’t measure your body by what it looks like.

Measure it by what it’s done.

It brought life into this world.

And that’s something worth celebrating 🥹 by @mamameeeek

Just trying to earn some extra target + coffee money 🤷‍♀️🤭🫶🏼

Come on a mom walk with us while I yap about my accidental content creator era! 🤭🤍

I thought this season would include building another business, but after prayer and a lot of conversations with my husband, we felt God leading us in a different direction.

Now I get to focus on being a wife and mama while sharing little pieces of our life here—and somewhere along the way, something I was already enjoying started opening new doors. 🥹

For once, I’m letting myself try something without putting pressure on it to become the next big hustle. Just creating, connecting with other moms, and having fun along the way.

Anyone else stepping into a season that looks different than you planned? 🫶🏼

Thanks @themomwalkco.portstlucie for yet another fun walk! 🫶🏼

#ad A little bedroom refresh for this stay-at-home mama 🩵

Our bedroom was overdue for some love, and this Madison Park 9-piece blue and ivory damask comforter set was exactly what I pictured. It’s even prettier in person and makes the whole room feel so much more put together!

I spend so much of this season at home, and making our space feel beautiful and inviting has been such a sweet way to enjoy it a little more. Now Bean and I have a new favorite spot for our morning snuggles. 🥹

Are you a blue-and-ivory girl too, or do you love all neutrals? ✨

Flying overseas with a baby? ✈️

What I’d tell another mama before she boards.

Our experience traveling for TWO DAYS with our 6½–7-month-old.

✈️ Get the aisle seat — diaper changes, soothing, bathroom breaks, no climbing over people (just tuck those little arms and legs away from the carts!)
✈️ Call about the bassinet EARLY — there are very few, so don’t wait until boarding
✈️ Ask about the seat fees, too — my bassinet seat was free, but my husband’s seat beside me counted as an upgrade. And our baby flew as a lap child, we only paid tax on his ticket!
✈️ Bring toys… but lower your expectations 😂 His favorites? The empty cups, the airplane bags, anything that crinkled
✈️ Try an overnight flight — ours slept most of the long flight because it lined up with bedtime, and I was SO thankful
✈️ Extra space is worth it — buy the seat beside you or ask about an empty one before boarding. Breastfeeding a LONG baby in those tiny seats, I needed both seats for real estate 😂
✈️ My honest advice? Don’t fly solo. Bring someone who will actually take turns — you WILL need to eat, rest, and give your arms a break
✈️ Pack light. Your back will thank you — essentials + extras for delays in your carry-on, and check what you won’t need along the way
✈️ SECURE. SECURE. SECURE. your passports. And your money! We lost ours in the Philippines — Manila, the U.S. Embassy, canceled flights, rebooking. A NIGHTMARE. One zipped pouch, same place every time (an AirTag is a great backup)
✈️ Bring the stroller AND the carrier — both were must-haves for us

These are the things I’d do again — and the lessons I learned the hard way. Bring help. Give yourself room. Pack thoughtfully.

And check for those passports. Then check again. 😂

All the travel essentials I recommend are linked in my bio! ✈️🤍

I hope I never get so caught up in “my life” that I forget to slow down and worship.

Yes, even in motherhood. Raising our babies and caring for our homes can be worship in itself… but I still need those plain old, pour-your-heart-out worship sessions, ya know?

This morning, my husband put worship on YouTube, and I kept it playing long after he left. Right in the middle of breakfast, with baby in his walker, I had a sweet moment with the Lord. It wasn’t long—maybe 10 minutes—but it refreshed my spirit.

Motherhood is sacred work, but my heart needs tending, too.

So if you’re feeling worn down or in the dumps of mothering, let this be your little nudge: turn on some worship. Fall on your knees, or sing while you make breakfast. You can meet with Him right in the middle of it all. 💛🩵

I hope this finds the mama who needs it.

It’s so much more than exercising, eating healthy and praying.

When we truly understand the assignment God has placed on us as mothers, we realize—it starts with us.

How we live. How we love. What we allow into our homes. What we teach. What we model. How we seek the Lord.

Mama, your role matters more than you know.

We’re not just raising babies. We’re raising the next generation for the Kingdom. ⚔️🤍

Who’s with me?
