Because really in my previous life I am definitely from the small islands.

I feel it just brings good vibes.

So I FINALLY stepped out my comfort zone and tried Muai Thai for the first time at 38.
Wow!!!! What a shock to my normal fitness regime!! But I loved it.. @ljfit4life teaches my youngest son so I wanted to also understand the concept behind it.
My strongest part of my body I would say is my legs so Muai Thai for me fits with my goals.

Definitely including this as part of fitness lifestyle.
Bless up Leon. 🙌🏾

Do what makes you happy! And I mean what genuinely makes you feel good inside.
I teach dance fitness so dancing really helps me to self regulate and shake out whatever unstable emotions aren’t needed during this retrograde.

Today I didn’t want to be inside.. I wanted to feel the air and be away from anyone I could potentially speak to and have a conversation with.. so I went to the cali park for an upper body workout!
Just reminded me of how much I love being alone and ANTI SOCIAL! 😆
