Lineage matters in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — not as marketing, but as proof of what’s been tested, refined, and passed down.
At Nest, the instruction comes through a direct chain:
Vinicius Draculino → Joaquim Mamute → Amadu Jorge

That’s not just names — it’s a continuous transfer of methodology, standards, and competition-proven jiu-jitsu.

What you learn here isn’t improvised or diluted. It comes from a system that’s been built, applied, and validated at the highest level — then carried forward, intact.

Panic arises from unpreparedness.
Impatience stems from a weary spirit.
Naivety is born of undisciplined habits.
Worry brews in a foggy mind.
Pressure grows where vision is narrow.
Truly, when inner strength is lacking, the world seems full of obstacles… O pânico surge do despreparo.
A impaciência nasce de um espírito cansado.
A ingenuidade nasce de hábitos indisciplinados.
A preocupação se acumula em uma mente nebulosa.
A pressão cresce onde a visão é estreita.

“I never saw a savage feel sorry for itself, a bird will fall dead from a branch without ever feeling sorry for itself…” Thank God for being a savage. by @nestmartialarts

“A força que vem de dentro é maior que todos os ventos contrários.O segredo da força está na vontade.Quando penso que cheguei ao meu limite, descubro que tenho forças para ir além.Nenhuma força é poderosa se não for acompanhada de uma coragem imbatível...”.
“The strength that comes from within is greater than all the headwinds. The secret of strength is at will. When I think that I have reached my limit, I find that I have the strength to go further. No force is powerful if it is not accompanied by unbeatable courage...” @mamuteteam by @nestmartialarts

“CORAGEM (S.F.)” É QUANDO VIVEMOS COM O CORAÇÃO, E NÃO COM A CABEÇA, É O NOSSO INSTINTO CONTRA A RAZÃO. TER CORAGEM É LUTAR CONTRA CHANCES BAIXAS DEMAIS E SITUAÇÕES RUINS, É O BICHO PAPÃO DO PRÓPRIO BICHO-PAPÃO, CORAGEM É ESTRATÉGIA DE COMBATE PARA DERROTAR O INESPERADO, É A AÇÃO QUE REFUTA A LÓGICA, É O QUE FAZ O JOGO VIRAR. “COURAGE (S.F.)” IS WHEN WE LIVE WITH THE HEART, AND NOT WITH THE HEAD, IT IS OUR INSTINCT AGAINST REASON. HAVING COURAGE IS FIGHTING AGAINST VERY LOW CHANCES AND BAD SITUATIONS, IT IS THE BOOGEYMAN OF THE BOOGEYMAN ITSELF, COURAGE IS A FIGHTING STRATEGY TO DEFEAT THE UNEXPECTED, IT IS THE ACTION THAT REFUTES LOGIC, IT IS WHAT MAKES THE GAME TURN.
FROM THE LATIN CORACTIUM, IT MEANS: HEART IN ACTION
DO LATIM CORACTIUM, SIGNIFICA: CORAÇÃO EM AÇÃO by @nestmartialarts
