A man identified as Kumar Obrien, otherwise known as “Frazzle,” pictured in the lower-left of the image, has been charged with conspiracy to murder in connection with the suspected reprisal killing of two men in Land Settlement, Manchester, on March 14, 2026.

The deceased have been identified as 29-year-old Yakieni Shaw, otherwise known as “Yankee,” pictured in the top-right, and 21-year-old Damien Edwards, otherwise known as “Damie,” pictured in the top-left.

Investigators believe the double killing may have been carried out in retaliation for the fatal shooting of Obrien’s four-year-old daughter, Saniyah O’Brien, who was killed on February 8, 2026, while seated in a motor vehicle with him.

The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the killings continues. by @juss_vibesent
