POSTS STORIES REELS

Sun gazing has become such a huge part of mine & Mateo’s healing journey ☀️✨
As a child of God under the Christian umbrella I thought after being saved in 2022 that I should only go to God to heal and cut out any other forms I used in the past and anything to do with “energy” may be demonic . This is not the case as I’ve been learning and reading the books left out of the bible. Will touch on that on another post . God wants us at our most elevated and healthiest physical /spiritual as we can be 🙏🏼

I truly believe God created the sun to heal, energize, and bring life to our bodies naturally. I make sure Mateo gets enough sunlight, grounding, fresh air, and vitamin D because our cells literally respond to natural light. Scientifically, sunlight helps the body produce vitamin D, supports mitochondria + cellular energy, regulates hormones + circadian rhythm, boosts serotonin, supports mood, sleep, immune health, and overall healing. 🌞

The pineal gland is also something I’ve been learning so much about. It’s often called the “third eye” because it helps regulate melatonin, sleep cycles, intuition, and spiritual awareness. So many people believe modern lifestyles, artificial lights, processed foods, and toxins can “calcify” the pineal gland… and getting natural sunlight, especially during sunrise and sunset, helps support and activate it naturally. ✨

Morning sun gazing is amazing for your circadian rhythm helping signal to your body that it’s time to wake up, regulate hormones naturally, boost energy, and support better sleep later at night. Evening sun exposure during sunset feels so calming for the nervous system, helping the body slow down, regulate stress, and feel grounded after a busy day. 🤍

Spiritually, sun gazing feels peaceful, grounding, and deeply connected to God’s creation. It feels like life force energy. A reminder that healing doesn’t always come from something complicated… sometimes it starts with getting back to the natural things God already gave us #god #sungazing #sunworshipper #pinealgland #nervoussystemregulation by @manda0007

This little moment right here… part of our journey. 💉

Every step I take for my son comes from hours of research, asking questions, so many tests from his functional and Homepathy doctors , listening to practitioners, and following what feels aligned for his body and brain, but NOTHING is more important then PRAYER to guide me when it comes to Mateos health.
That’s what led us here ,to B-12 with methylfolate support.

For families walking an autism journey, you know how much thought goes into everything. For us, the goal is always the same: supporting neurological function, focus, energy, and overall well being in the gentlest, most informed way possible.

🧠 Why B-12 + methylfolate are often explored in autism support:
• Support methylation pathways in the body
• Play a role in brain and nervous system health
• Help with cellular energy production
• Support mood regulation and cognition
• Important for detox pathways in some individuals
• Can contribute to immune system support

None of this is about quick fixes ,it’s about consistency, patience, and doing the work behind the scenes. Reading studies. Talking to professionals. Tuning into my child. Trusting that small, intentional steps add up.

This is our story. Our path. And I share it because I know so many parents are quietly researching late at night too… wondering what might help their child thrive a little more each day.

If you’re on a similar road, you’re not alone 🤍 Feel free to message me anytime with questions. 3 years of research, doctors, specialists , therapies , tests(so so many tests) have now led me on a clear journey with Gods authority to what I need to do to help my son thrive 💙 #b12injections #methylation #folate #neurospicy #prayerispowerful by @manda0007

When your son’s homeopathy / naturopath doc says 👉 “Arbonne greens are good ,he can absolutely keep taking them” … you KNOW you did your research 💚🌿

As a mama who is SO careful about what goes in my kid’s body, that meant everything to me.

Now let’s talk options 👇 because Arbonne gives you TWO powerhouse greens to choose from:

🌱 Be Well Superfood Greens
• 40+ superfoods in one scoop
• Organic greens + fruits + veggies
• Antioxidant support 🍓🥬
• Supports natural detox pathways
• Helps with energy + immune support
• Easy daily foundational greens boost
• Mild, fresh taste, easy to mix into water or smoothies

✨ Green Synergy Elixir
• Clinically studied plant ingredients
• Supports gut health + digestion
• Prebiotic fiber to feed good bacteria
• Alkalizing greens to support internal balance
• Helps with bloating + skin glow ✨
• Great for IBS prone or sensitive tummies

Both are:
✔️ Non-GMO
✔️ No artificial sweeteners
✔️ Vegan
✔️ From a B Corp company that bans 2,000+ questionable ingredients

For us? Greens are non negotiable. Soil isn’t what it used to be. Busy kids + busy moms need nutritional backup.

Whether you want a broad superfood boost (Be Well) OR targeted gut + glow support (Green Synergy) there’s an option.

Message me if you’re unsure which one fits you best 💚 I’ll help you choose #arbonne #probiotic #collagen #autism #naturopath by @manda0007

🤎 BROWNIE PROTEIN BITES 🤎

Who said healthy has to taste boring?! 😍 These little bites taste like brownie batter 🤎🤎🍫

✨ Dairy-Free
✨ Gluten-Free
✨ Refined Sugar Free
✨ Protein Packed
✨ Perfect for meal prep or an afternoon sweet craving!

As many of you know, Mateo is now 100% gluten free, dairy free and grain-free, so our kitchen has changed a lot. ❤️ I’ve decided to start limiting gluten and dairy too, to try and eliminate inflammation in my own system.

🍫 Recipe:
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1 cup natural nut butter
• 2 scoops Arbonne Chocolate Essential Meal Protein
• 2 tsp cacao powder
• ¼ cup pure maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Melted TSPN coconut oil

• Melt chocolate and coconut oil to pour on top before freezing

👉 Mix everything together, roll into bitesized balls (or press into molds like I did), then pop them in the fridge or freezer until firm.

These are loaded with healthy fats, plant protein, fibre, vitamin E from almonds, antioxidants from raw cacao, and naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup. They’re the perfect grab-and go snack to keep you full and satisfy that chocolate craving without the crash. 🤎

If you want to make them extra protein packed, I used my favourite Arbonne Chocolate Essential Meal Protein 25g of plant protein, all essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and it’s third party tested. It makes these so rich, fudgy and delicious! 🍫

Save this recipe for later, tag me if you make them, and if you’d like the link to the protein I use, send me a DM! 🤎 #proteinbites #veganprotein #glutenfreefood #dairyfree #arbonne by @manda0007
