POSTS STORIES REELS

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a cause that is deeply important to us at King & Edge Real Estate. 💜

We’re honored to support the Women’s and Children’s Alliance (@wca_boise ) as Freedom Level Corporate Sponsors, helping provide vital resources and support to survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault right here in our Treasure Valley community.

Our commitment includes donating a minimum of $10,000 annually to support the WCA’s important work.

But giving back goes beyond financial contributions. Each year, we’re also proud to support local families through:
🎒 Back-to-school supply drives
🎄 Christmas wish lists for families in need

We believe everyone deserves safety, healing and freedom. This month, and every month, we’re grateful to stand alongside the WCA and be part of a community that cares.

Because at King & Edge, home is more than real estate. It’s about people, safety, and community Everyone deserves to feel safe in their home. 💜 by @manda__edge

One year ago, 300 women from across the country filled Boise for the Women of Compass Retreat. 🤍

It started with a simple “what if?” and became one of the most magical events we’ve ever been part of, made possible by an incredible group of partners and Boise agents who showed up in a big way. A highlight of our year, and maybe our careers.

We loved it so much, we’re doing it again next fall. 👀

Women of Compass Boise Retreat | Vol II is coming in 2027. Comment BOISE to be one of the first to get the details.

This is an agent-hosted event and is not an official Compass corporate event. by @manda__edge

It’s official, King & Edge Real Estate has made the Wall Street Journal RealTrends Verified List for the second year in a row. 🤍

This national recognition highlights the top-producing real estate agents and teams in the country, and we’re incredibly proud to share that King & Edge ranked #2 in Ada County and #6 in all of Idaho with more than $46.5M sold in 2025 and 67+ families served.

Because RealTrends, in partnership with the Wall Street Journal, bases these rankings on verified sales performance, this recognition is one we’re especially honored to receive.

Thank you to every client, friend, family member, and referral partner who trusted us along the way. Your support is the reason this matters, and this recognition belongs to all of us. by @manda__edge

Some closings definitely do deserve the Champagne, the photos and the celebratory post...

But some deserve the quiet moments, the holding hands letting our clients know we’re there for them, the closing of hard chapters.

So no, not every closing gets a social media post but every client does get our care and attention. 🖤 by @manda__edge

1796 S Isla Del Rio Way | Williamson River Ranch | Boise, ID | $2,350,000
4 Bed | 3.5 Bath | 4,307 SqFt
.284 Acres | Waterfront

This former Parade of Homes property delivers the kind of Treasure Valley lifestyle that’s hard to match.

Inside, the main level features a private primary suite, a second ensuite bedroom, a dedicated office, formal dining room, and hardwood floors throughout. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances and opens into a casual breakfast area made for everyday living.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, a spacious bonus room with a bar and hidden room, plus a balcony with beautiful views of Bogus Basin.

Outside is where this home really sets itself apart. Mature landscaping, pavered walkways, and an expansive patio lead to a saltwater infinity-edge pool, while a private beachfront area and fire pit sit right at the water’s edge.

With the Boise River and Greenbelt at your doorstep, you can bike to nearby restaurants or head all the way into downtown Boise without ever getting in the car.

Quarter 3 was busy for the King & Edge team!

We had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, investors, and families make some pretty big moves across the Treasure Valley, and we’re so grateful for every client who trusted us to be part of the process.

Each transaction looked a little different, but the goal stayed the same: thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and making sure our clients felt supported every step of the way.

Thank you for another incredible quarter. We’re excited to see what Q4 brings! by @manda__edge

Your perfect Idaho neighborhood might be close than you think.

Choosing where to live is a lot more than simply pointing at a city on a map. When choosing where to live in the Treasure Valley, what might be the right fit depends on your lifestyle + what you want your everyday life to look like.

We’ve put together the top neighborhoods our clients relocate to. Swipe through to see which one might be right for you.

If you’re not sure which area is your best fit, comment ‘MOVE’ and we’ll send you our relocation guide.

A home that has more to it than meets the eye...

This home is a hidden gem that you don’t see often. With a gorgeous waterfront view, private beach, in-ground hot tub, large backyard for exploring, entertaining and so much more.

The open concept living room and kitchen invites you in with natural light filling the entire home. Entertain guests or escape into a private game room.

The main-level primary suite feels like its own retreat, with peaceful water views and a spa-like bathroom made for slowing down at the end of the day. Upstairs, the bonus room gives you even more space to make your own.

This is one of those homes that really has to be seen in person to understand just how special it is.

Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac in Ponderosa Point, this home offers the kind of space and flexibility that’s getting harder to find at this price point.

Inside, two separate living areas on the main level give you room to spread out, while the kitchen sits at the heart of the home and keeps everything feeling connected. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite is joined by two additional bedrooms and a full bath.

Outside, the nearly quarter-acre lot gives you a generous backyard, RV parking, and plenty of room to make the space your own.

King & Edge. Small but mighty, dedicated to every client, in every price range - because all clients matter, not just the higher price points.

I left Starbucks for corporate America after dropping out of college. 8 months doing data entry in a cubicle was enough for me to know I needed to take a leap to try something else.

An old Starbucks customer told me her friend, a real estate agent, needed an assistant. I got the job and spent almost 3 years learning from her - she taught me so much of what I still implement today.

In 2016, I took the terrifying leap to be a solo agent with a commission only job at 25. I am grateful every day that I haven’t had to look back, thanks to my friends & clients who took a chance on a young agent.

Fast forward to taking broker classes with Manda - we knew before we knew that we wanted to build something together. What started as a working next to each other as acquaintances grew into what we have today - through thoughtful, careful & deliberate planning and dreaming. Building a team wasn’t ever my goal, but if you know Manda - then you know. 😂 She has a way.

King & Edge is about more than Manda and I - our girls (and guy) all live by the same principle: People over paychecks.

Buying my first house changed the financial trajectory of my life - homeownership is a wealth-building and life-changing tool if you enter into it wisely. I have watched my clients over the years - who trust me time and time again - build lives we never dreamed of.

We love what we do, we love our people. Manda & I love and are so proud of this team. Cheers to the future. 🖤 by @manda__edge
