A little late to the announcement… but very much worth the wait. 🤍

On 28.07.26, our beautiful girl, Parker Evans, arrived and completely changed our world. 🥹🎀

The last few weeks have been a beautiful blur of newborn cuddles, very little sleep, lots of love and getting to know the little person we’ve been waiting so long to meet.

We’ve been a little quiet on here because, honestly, we’ve just been soaking it all in. 🤍 These first weeks have gone far too quickly, and we’ve wanted to keep this little chapter mostly to ourselves while we adjusted to life as a family of three.

Parker, you are already so loved. You’ve made our hearts fuller than we ever could have imagined, and we feel incredibly lucky to call you ours.

A very special thank you to everyone who checked in, sent messages, supported us and shared in our excitement while we waited for her arrival. We’re so grateful. 🤍

Our greatest adventure yet has officially begun. ✨

Welcome to the world, Parker.

Happy Wedding Anniversary! We have achieved so much together in the last 3 years and it’s only the beginning. I’m so excited for the adventures to come now that we are a family of 3. You are such a great Dad to Parker and we both love you

A little life update... 🤍

After helping so many amazing people achieve their home ownership dreams over the last few years, it’s finally time for me to step away for a little while and focus on my own growing family.

I’m officially on maternity leave! 🍼✨

This isn’t goodbye—just a little pause while I soak up these precious moments with our baby girl. ❤️ I can’t wait to embrace this new chapter, spend quality time with my family, and enjoy every cuddle along the way.

To all of my incredible clients, referral partners, family and friends—thank you for your trust, support and encouragement. It has truly meant the world to me, and I feel so grateful to have been part of so many exciting milestones in your lives.

While I’m away, the amazing team at @futurefinancegroup will be there to look after you, so you’re in the very best hands. And before you know it, I’ll be back doing what I love—helping people achieve their property goals once again.

For now, I’m swapping loan applications for late-night feeds, cuddles and creating memories that will last a lifetime. 🥹🤍

See you all soon. This is only the beginning of a very special new adventure. ✨ by @mandy.evansbroker

We're going to miss you so much, Mandy 💜
We sat down for a little Q&A before she heads off on maternity leave to welcome her first baby girl. Let's just say the answers did not disappoint 😂
Mandy, thank you for everything you've brought to our clients and our team. They're in very safe hands while you're gone, and we cannot wait to meet your little girl soon.
See you in 2027! 🎉

The $20,000 instant asset write-off ends 30 June... and the clock is ticking faster than most people realise 🗓️

The threshold drops back to $1,000 after that. So if your business has been putting off equipment upgrades, the next few weeks are worth a closer look.

A couple of things worth knowing before you act:
• The write-off applies per asset, not per business. Buying three pieces of equipment under $20K each? That’s three separate write-offs, not one.
• And finance can still make sense even if you have the cash. Spreading the cost preserves working capital for day-to-day operations while still getting the asset on the books before EOFY.

Swipe through for the five finance structures worth considering, then reach out if you’d like us to map out the right one for your situation 💬
