π‘Ύπ’π’“π’Œ π’Šπ’ π’‘π’“π’π’ˆπ’“π’†π’”π’”... . Some of you may have noticed that I quietly changed my IG handle last week (RIP ShuffleJawn πŸ₯²). The last three months have been an incredible period of growth and transformation. I have been forced to really look at myself in the mirror and think about who I am and what I want to achieve. . I have been a dancer since I was 2 years old. And while dancing will forever be my absolute pride and joy, I am more than a dancer... I am an educator. I am a fitness professional. I am an entrepreneur. I am a creative. I am a visionary. I am an empath. I am passionate. I am compassionate. I am a beautiful free spirit. I am me. All of who I am goes beyond trying to come up with a clever IG handle. It is all just me 🌈 . Labor Day Weekend, I experienced a very traumatic and life-changing event. But in living through that experience, my eyes were opened to just how privileged of a life I have lived. How fortunate I am to have grown up with dance, expression, movement, and wellness as a daily part of my life... Because so many people in this country have not had this same privilege. . It is my mission to create something so much greater than myself. To give back to others and build a better world by promoting wellness through the power of movement and expression. . π‘΄π’š π’π’‚π’Žπ’† π’Šπ’” π‘΄π’‚π’π’…π’š π‘΄π’Šπ’„π’‰π’†π’π’π’† 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰 𝒄𝒂𝒏'𝒕 π’˜π’‚π’Šπ’• 𝒇𝒐𝒓 π’šπ’π’– 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒆𝒆 π’˜π’‰π’‚π’• 𝑰 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 π’Šπ’ 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 π’Žπ’†, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑾𝑬 βœ¨πŸ¦‹πŸŒŽ . _ π‘π’Šπ’•: @pelotonapparel . . . #rebranding #nyc #nycfitness #nycfitfam #fitnessinstructor #onepeloton #onepelotonfamily #onepelotonrider #dance #expression #movementismedicine #movementculture #expressyourself #shuffledance #cuttingshapes #dancefitness #305fitness #305certified #acefitness #breatheforchange #b4c #shufflecommUNITY #nycshufflers #electricexpressions by @mandymovesnyc
