✨ HELLO, NOVEMBER. ✨

Another month of showing up, putting in the work, and continuing to make progress.

October was a month of finding balance. We went out, enjoyed dinners, celebrated, made memories, and had fun. But what you don’t see in every video is the discipline behind it all.

We’ve made a lot of sacrifices to get here. Early mornings, long gym sessions, being mindful of what we eat, making better choices, and staying consistent even on the days we really don’t feel like it.

We absolutely believe in enjoying life along the way, but the reality is we’re on point about 99% of the time. The other 1% doesn’t undo all the hard work, and that’s what balance looks like for us.

And the progress continues…

Alex: 78 lbs down.
Elizabeth: 72 lbs down.
150 POUNDS LOST TOGETHER. 🤯

It’s easy to look at the numbers, but behind every pound is a whole lot of work, commitment, and choices that aren’t always easy.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but even prouder of the habits and lifestyle we’ve built along the way.

You don’t have to miss out on life to reach your goals, but you do have to be willing to put in the work and make sacrifices to get there.

150 lbs down. Still showing up, still pushing, and still a long way to go. 💪🏼❤️

Here’s to November! ✨ by @mangiatomuscle

Sometimes you just need to take a little break from the routine, step away from the grind, and enjoy life outside of your goals. 🥂❤️

So tonight, we’re trading the gym routine and 93/7 beef for a little date night! 😉✨

Back to the grind tomorrow!

✨ HELLO, OCTOBER. ✨

10 months.
10 months of showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process with our coach @jlinden100

And somehow, we’re here…

Alex: 70 lbs down.
Elizabeth: 64 lbs down.
134 POUNDS LOST TOGETHER. 🤯

That’s basically an entire person. 🥹

We still have more to go before we each reach that 100 lb milestone, but honestly, we never imagined we’d make it this far. There were plenty of days we didn’t feel motivated, plenty of moments we wanted to give up, and a lot of hard work behind these numbers.

But we kept showing up — for ourselves, and for each other.

We truly couldn’t have made it this far without the incredible support we’ve received along the way, especially from Team Linden. ❤️ The accountability, encouragement, knowledge, and support have meant more to us than we can put into words.

This isn’t just about losing weight anymore. It’s about changing our lives, becoming healthier, getting stronger, and proving to ourselves that we can do hard things.

134 lbs down. 66 lbs to go between us.
And we’re just getting started. 💪🏼

Here’s to October, the next chapter, and whatever number comes next! by @mangiatomuscle

Behind every strong journey is someone who pushes you when you need it, believes in you when you doubt yourself, and keeps you accountable every step of the way. 💪🏼

We’re so grateful to have a coach who has been there for us 24/7 — answering questions, keeping us on track, pushing us past our comfort zones, and supporting us through the good days AND the hard ones.

This journey is ours, but having the right person in your corner makes all the difference. 🫶🏼

Thank you for believing in us, pushing us, and being such a huge part of our journey. We couldn’t do this without you! 🏋🏼‍♀️🔥

November 2024 → September 2026.

Almost two years of learning, growing, pushing ourselves, and figuring out what actually works for us.

We’ve changed physically, but the biggest changes happened long before you could see them in a picture.

The mindset.
The discipline.
The decision to keep showing up.

And we’re not posting this because we think we’ve “made it.”

We’re posting it because we’re proud of how far we’ve come — and we know there’s still so much further to go.

This is just one chapter of our story. ❤️

If you’re working on yourself too, take this as your sign to keep going.

Mangia To Muscle by @mangiatomuscle

Welcome to Mangia To Muscle. 🍝💪

We’re Alex & Elizabeth, and this page is about our journey.

We’ve both reached a point where we decided we wanted more for ourselves—to become healthier, stronger, more confident, and simply the best versions of ourselves.

We’re not starting this page because we’ve already reached our goals. We’re starting it because we’re still working toward them.

We want to document our progress, hold ourselves accountable, look back at how far we’ve come, and hopefully motivate other people who might be at the beginning of their own journey too.

This is about progress—not perfection.

The good days, the hard days, the wins, the setbacks, and everything in between.

We’re excited to see where this journey takes us—and we’d love for you to follow along. ❤️
