The third instalment of Wednesday's rugby extravaganza at Peffermill saw the @bucssport Men's Premier (North/South 1) clash between @eurfc1857 and @manmetrugby.

It was fierce, feisty and strong turnout of tweed on the touchline backing the home side in this top of the table meeting.

Both teams went hammer and tongs from the first whistle, trading tries and big hits in equal measure however there was just that little bit more in the home tank to ensure the Greens maintained their 100% record, with an impressive 5 from 5 so far.

Disappointing loss away to a strong Edinburgh, but taking a bonus point keeps things in our control.💙🧡 by @manmetrugby

TEAMSHEET💙🧡

Both teams are 4 in 4, it’s a top of the table clash at the end of block 1 and our North West Team make the journey to Peffermill in Edinburgh.

The BlOrange welcome Ieuan Jeffreys-Steel who makes his debut at 12. The big Gloucester Academy Welshman has been patiently waiting for his chance and made a big impact in last weeks victory v Leeds.

England u20 Jordan Ikeh stays at his preferred No.8 and Austin Keogh returns after his Prem u23 exploits.

After his barnstorming performance from the bench, Gruff John-Morris earns a start too.

Four from four in the league puts us in second place 2️⃣

One place behind Edinburgh who we play next Wednesday 💙🧡
