The past few weeks have been filled with such a creative essence. A swipe it series featuring pics from Kenya and Tanzania. Beads, colours, arts and crafts…I really fell in love with it all! Love this quote by Rick Rubin:

‘Living life as an artist is a practice. You are either engaging in the practice or you’re not. It makes no sense to say you’re not good at it. It’s like saying, “I’m not good at being a monk.”You are either living as a monk or you’re not. We tend to think of the artist’s work as the output. The real work of the artist is a way of being in the world.’🎨❤️ #kenya #tanzania #beading #colour by @manomundo_

A colourway inspired by Rasta and my time in Jamaica! Swipe to spot the colours in each of the pics. I had a vision and I’m so happy with how this turned out! 😮‍💨🔥🇯🇲 #rasta #palette #paracord #jamaica #caribbean by @manomundo_

My lovely friend Bonnie made me a mini loom recently. We met at a hostel in the north of Morocco mid last year 🥲 I’ve used it to create a few small pieces already and I feel so grateful for my talented friends who don’t hesitate to share their skills and support this continuous creative journey. 💗 #loombeading #beadwork #slowfashion #indigenousbeadwork by @manomundo_
