An expression of joy for the month of October.🍁🍂

I mean who knows if I’ll ever have kids …

But I love the idea of in 20 years time, sharing my photos from my years in Pakistan and the stories that come with them, that I am sure will be hard to believe (I can’t fathom how different the world will be in 20 years with the speed of AI evolution…but that’s another rant!).

I’ve visited Pakistan 6 times in the last 3 years, unheard of for any other country on my travels. Every time I fall more and more in love.

The most striking mountains, beautiful meadows and wildflowers and endless trails (usually with no one else there, or if there is they are the coolest mountaineers with inspiring stories!).

But the people are what really make it. Especially in Gilgit Baltistan, the region where these photos are, the people are so hardworking and full of so much genuine warmth.

These photos were taken during my @whynotadventures_ Pakistan trips, this year I brought four groups to Pakistan, it really is a dream come true. If never gets old sharing this country with people, sharing many firsts with them, reliving it like it’s my first time back here again🥹 Big up @kimmii.travels and @charlotte.robertson_ for the awesome photos ✨

📍Places photographed: Rakaposhi Basecamp, Fairy Meadows, Nanga Parbat BaseCamp, Hakapun Camp, Attabad Lake, Eagles Nest.
