Seven years of marriage ✨8.8.✨ on this day of star alignment we remember the call that brought us together. The moment I said yes to your surname. To a love that spirals through existence 🐉♾️🐉 @marjanhvala you are my home and I wouldn’t want to re-member with anyone else 🌀✨🌀 Hvala ♥️ by @manuelahvala
11 let brez tebe, ati, a nikoli brez tvoje prisotnosti. Poj”. Vedno sem vedela, da nisi bil le oče. Bil si ključ, ki mi je odprl vrata do sebe. Hvala, ker si me čuval, hvala, ker si me spodbujal in ljubil s srcem in dušo. Tvoja ljubezen živi naprej tudi v mojem glasu in v mojem glasu zdaj naprej zveniš z menoj 🕊️ by @manuelahvala
Today is a special day. It’s not only the birthday of my beloved mother, a soul of immeasurable importance in my life. Today also marks exactly 10 years since I represented Slovenia on the @eurovision stage in Stockholm. That performance was the fulfilment of a childhood vision and with it came one of life’s great gifts. Now I see that it was never just about a song. It was about a frequency I sent into the world’s field. In that moment, a seed of my purpose was planted, a seed that now, patiently and in its own rhythm opens its blossom in a new octave 🌀 I am not here to be seen. I am here to mirror what cannot yet see itself. Thank you @marjanhvala for shaping this mystically joyful Blue and Red with me, for always supporting me on all levels, musically and beyond. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this path. And thank you to my Mother, the first spiral of my existence. May this day be a new initiation into the next spiral. Not through performance, but through presence. Not only through sound, but through a heart that sings. With love, ManuElā by @manuelahvala
Today I honor my greatest companion, GuChi. In the eyes of my soul and my heart, he was never just a dog. He was the true guardian of my heart. And when Marjan and I found each other, (again in this lifetime), we knew that he had come as the guardian of our love. For exactly fifteen and a half years, he breathed beside me. Through every rise and every fall, through every silence and every song, he was there. Constant and unwavering. He held space for my becoming and when I finally arrived at the threshold of who I truly am, he let go, gently and gracefully. In the last part of his journey, he gave me one more sacred gift. He was ill for two months and twenty days, just long enough for me to learn how to let him go slowly, yet mercifully quickly. At the very end, he answered my deepest prayer. He asked to return to my arms… and there, held against my heart, while home alone, he surrendered to eternal sleep as I was singing to him, telling him he was the bravest, and that the time has come, that he was free from form. I do not say goodbye. I say thank you. Thank you for your devotion. Thank you for your presence. Thank you for walking me all the way to the portal of my own becoming. What you gave me does not fade. What we became lives on, whole, unbroken, eternal You are not gone. You are now everywhere With all my love, Manu’Ele Until we meet again, GuChi 20.10.2010 - 20.04.2026 by @manuelahvala
Ten years ago today, Marjan and I won EMA (Eurovision Melody) with our song Blue and Red. That moment changed everything for us. And we couldn’t have done it without the support of the most wonderful team. Today, I’m standing in a new chapter, one filled with memories, letting go, and starting anew. This isn’t the end of a journey. It’s a new beginning And I am ready to breathe into what comes next 💙🌀❤️ by @manuelahvala
Thank you to all who walk this life with me. This is not a year older, it is a spiral deeper. And Venice… it is not just a city; it is a memory of love ♥️🌀♥️ Thank you, amore mio @marjanhvala for today, for us by @manuelahvala
It is a special feeling to share this with you today. A frequency of alignment that waited to be heard This is not just a song. It is a ‘breath capsule’ recorded in January 2022 by the finest musicians from around the globe, released now, in January 2026, because the world is ready to receive it. I feel honored and proud in the most graceful way. Time Is Now was born from the vision of one of the most respected Bansuri masters and someone I am lucky to call a friend and musical collaborator, Dinesh Mishra. It emerged as a spiral of sound, silence, and stillness. It carries a frequency of alignment, a tone of coherence, and a breath that could only land once the field returned to stillness. This is not music for the mind. It is a breath for the soul. Listen not only with your ears, but with your heart. My whole being loves the dance of simplicity and complexity held in grace The time is not then. The time is not later. The time is now. Enjoy, and be blessed, everyone ✨ Time Is Now - out on YouTube ꩜ with deep appreciation to Martin Štibernik for his musical sacred space, Marsh Recording Studio by @manuelahvala
𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐰 ⌛️ With deep gratitude and a full heart, I’m honored to share the birth of our project Time Is Now, a musical offering co-created with one of the world’s finest Bansuri masters, Dinesh Mishra, and a circle of extraordinary global musicians We recorded this album in January 2022, yet it is clear that the true moment for it to emerge is 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐍𝐨𝐰, when the world is remembering how to breathe 𝐍𝐨𝐰, when presence feels like medicine 𝐍𝐨𝐰, when music can once again open portals of connection Time Is Now is a collection of sound journeys for every moment of the day. It begins with morning gratitude, moves gently and blissfully through the rhythms of daylight, guides you into an evening of grace, and finally carries you into the soft embrace of night. Rooted in the beauty of ragas yet liberated by improvisation, each piece is an invitation to return to yourself From today onward, you can welcome this music into your life through Bandcamp link: https://musicdineshmishra.bandcamp.com/album/time-is-now May it accompany your mornings, your thresholds, your quiet moments, and your awakenings Thank you for listening Thank you for feeling Thank you for being here, because truly, the 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐰 “The breath you hold is the breath that holds you... Let it go. Time is now” by @manuelahvala
