I asked myself a question: Was it the timer and counter malfunctioning at the IUKL World Championshipz Delhi 2026, that prevented me from achieving 200 rep in 10 mins, or was I merely seeking refuge in a convenient excuse?

There was only one way to find out: return to the platform and confront the doubt.

Doubt dispelled. The truth revealed. Thank you God for all ❤️.

Thank you

IUKL World Kettlebell Championship | New Delhi, 2026

Some accomplishments are measured in medals; others, in the discipline, perseverance, and consistency that make them possible. For me, this championship represents both.

First and foremost, I bow my head in gratitude to God, whose grace continues to guide my path, strengthen my resolve, and grant me the fortitude to persevere through every challenge.

To my mother @guddiruhail , who has stood by me unwaveringly through every season of life, your love, faith, and steadfast support remain among my greatest blessings.

I am humbled and grateful to share my results from the championship:

🥇 Gold Medal
• 12-Minute Military Snatch | 24 kg × 1 | 209 repetitions

🥈 Silver Medal
• 10-Minute Jerk | 24 kg × 2 | 72 repetitions
• 10-Minute Classic Snatch | 24 kg × 1 | 209 repetitions
• 12-Minute Jerk Relay | 24 kg × 2

I remain conscious that medals are merely milestones, not the ultimate measure of one's journey.

To my teacher, Mr. Steve Cotter @stevecotter_ikff , I extend my deepest respect and gratitude for choosing me as your student. Your knowledge, guidance, and influence have contributed profoundly to my development.

To my students and clients, thank you for your trust, encouragement, and unwavering support. Your progress, commitment, and willingness to embrace the principles of training give greater meaning to my responsibilities as a coach.

To everyone who supported, encouraged, guided, or stood by me, whether through a conversation, a kind word, a gesture of assistance, or simply your faith in my efforts, please accept my sincere gratitude.

The medals will find their place; the principles must remain.

With humility, gratitude, and renewed determination, I look forward to continuing this journey, learning, improving, and serving the sport with integrity.

Thank you

🌍 Bringing International Kettlebell Education to Coimbatore! 🔥

When the IKFF (International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation) CKT Level 1 International Certification came to G FIT by Gowtham, Coimbatore, the energy was completely unmatched! 💪🔥

This was more than just a certification — it was an opportunity for coaches and fitness professionals to learn, practice, understand and refine the art of kettlebell coaching under international-level guidance.

From breaking down the biomechanics of kettlebell movements and working on high-precision technique, to receiving real-time form corrections and developing explosive power — every session was focused on learning the craft properly.

A huge congratulations to all the coaches and athletes who successfully completed their IKFF CKT Level 1 Certification! 🏆🔥

Your dedication, discipline and willingness to learn made this experience truly special. 👏

🙏 A Special Thank You

A heartfelt thank you to Master Trainer Manish Kumar Ruhail for bringing his expertise, experience and passion to Coimbatore and delivering an incredible CKT Level 1 certification experience.

Feeling truly blessed to be in a profession that allows me to learn, teach, and grow alongside remarkable individuals.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of working with an incredible group of students in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Possessing skill is admirable; possessing an insatiable appetite to learn is exceptional. While technical proficiency can be developed over time, genuine curiosity, humility, and the willingness to absorb knowledge are the qualities that accelerate true growth. Personally, I value the latter the most, as that is where authentic learning and transformation take place.

Congratulations to every student who participated and an even bigger congratulations to those who successfully earned their CKT Level 1 certification yesterday. Your commitment, enthusiasm, and dedication to the learning process were truly commendable.

A special word of appreciation to @gfit_bygowtham and the team. Thank you for being such outstanding hosts and organizers. The professionalism, integrity, dedication, and attention to detail demonstrated throughout the event made the entire experience seamless and memorable. It is always a pleasure working with individuals who lead with honesty and commitment. I look forward to meeting you again soon.

I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to my teacher, @stevecotter_ikff . Your guidance, mentorship, and unwavering support continue to shape my journey as a coach and educator. None of this would have been possible without your influence and teachings. Thank you, Sir, from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you.
