One last spin before Bonanza Flats closes for the season 🚴‍♀️🍂 Trails close October 1st to give the wildlife room to get ready for winter. They’ll reopen once winter recreation season kicks off. If you’ve been putting off a ride out there, this week’s your last call! Love getting to call a place this beautiful home base. 🏔️ #ParkCityRealtor #AltaRealEstate by @mara.k.adams
Bad day on the course? This townhome fixes it. 🏌️‍♂️➡️🏡 Just listed in Old Town Park City, this townhome is minutes from the ski lifts, across the stressing from shopping and restaurants and has a back patio made for unwinding after the 18th hole. 📩 DM me for details or a showing! #parkcitygolf #parkcityskihouse by @mara.k.adams
When you think you’re out for a quiet morning walk at Snowbird and you’re surprised with hundreds of friends along the way! Snowbird knows how to bring people together. Good luck speedgoat runners today and tomorrow! #utahmountainlife #snowbirdresort by @mara.k.adams
🌸 Wasatch Back (Park City & Heber) Blood Lake Trail, Bonanza Flat Conservation Area Easy-ish, 2.6 mi RT, ~400 ft gain, about 12 miles from Park City Mountain. Purple paintbrush, blue lupine, and pink fireweed along the way. Rob’s Trail, near Utah Olympic Park ~8.5 mi RT through pine and aspen groves with wildflowers throughout. Best June through September. Popular with locals, so aim for weekday mornings. Armstrong Trail to Dawn’s Trail Loop Moderate, ~2.5 mi, near Park City. Indian paintbrush, black-eyed Susans, and columbine June through August. 🌷 Wasatch Mountain State Park (Midway) More of a “drive and stroll” option if you want big views without a big climb. Huber Grove Trail, short, peaceful loop through oak and aspen forest Mount Timpanogos (Alpine Loop / Timpooneke) Full hike to the summit meadows is about 6 to 7 miles one way, long, but the flower fields make it worth it 🌸 Wasatch Front (Alta, Big Cottonwood, Millcreek) Albion Basin The classic. A purple-blue carpet of lupine with jagged peaks as backdrop by mid-July, easy, 3.6 mi RT, 744 ft gain For more solitude: Mount Wolverine via Twin Lake Pass, moderate, 5.2 mi RT, 2,047 ft gain Lake Mary, Martha & Catherine (Brighton Lakes), moderate, ~7 mi RT, 1,830 ft gain, with a decent chance of spotting moose. Note, this is a watershed, so no dogs, no swimming or wading. 🌷 Millcreek Canyon Desolation to Salt Lake Overlook, a ~5 mile round trip hike out of Millcreek Canyon that climbs steady switchbacks through pine forest to a rocky perch with sweeping views of the Salt Lake Valley and Grandeur Peak. 🌸 Keep in mind when you plan, the upper trails in Millcreek Canyon are closed for the season. #ParkCityRealEstate #MountainLiving #AltaRealEstate #ParkCityLife by @mara.k.adams
Fresh sourdough, flaky croissants, and pour-over coffee that makes you want to linger — this is the kind of spot you discover when you actually live here. And trust me, once you find it, it becomes part of your routine fast. This is just one of the reasons I love helping people find their home in this community. Park City isn’t just a place to live — it’s a lifestyle. ✨ If you’ve been thinking about making a move to the area, let’s chat. I’d love to show you around. 📍 #parkcity #parkcityrestaurants #parkcityfoodie #parkcitylifestyle by @mara.k.adams
