POSTS STORIES REELS

First, we just have to say how much we loved reading all of your guesses and comments. Hearing from so many of you and seeing how excited you are to follow along with whatever comes next honestly warmed our hearts. We’ve missed sharing the journey, and knowing so many of you are ready to come along and support us on the next one means more than you know. ❤️

We guess it’s finally time to let you in on the secret...

Our next chapter is N2 Development. ❤️🏡🔨

We’re stepping into renovating and flipping homes throughout the Triad, and we’re excited to take you along for every part of it.

Jim has always been the visionary and has a real passion for taking something that needs a little love and making it beautiful again.

I actually flipped a few homes years ago, so in a lot of ways this feels like coming full circle for both of us.

We’ll be sharing everything from the day we get the keys, through the renovations, design decisions, unexpected surprises, before-and-afters, and eventually finding the next family who gets to call each one home.

And we want you involved too. We’ll be asking for your opinions and letting you help us make some of the decisions along the way. Paint colors, finishes, designs... all of it. 😜
Each house will have its own name and its own story, and you’ll get to follow the transformation right along with us from beginning to end.
And if everything goes as planned, we may just have something pretty exciting to share with you on Friday. 👀🏡

Here we go again…. by @marcia_neese_n2development_

After a long road and a lot of emotions, we officially closed on the sale of RiverWalk RV Park this past Tuesday.

RiverWalk was never just a business to us. It was a dream we built, a community we loved, and almost a decade of memories that will forever be part of who we are. We had a really good run, and we are so incredibly grateful for every guest, friend, family member, staff member, vendor, and supporter who helped make RiverWalk what it became.

This decision did not come lightly, but we truly believe God’s hand has been in this. Sometimes life places an opportunity in front of you that you cannot ignore, and while letting go is emotional, we believe this was God’s will for this season of our lives.

RiverWalk gave us more than we ever could have imagined. It gave us purpose, friendships, community, laughter, hard lessons, answered prayers, and the chance to touch so many lives along the way. But what we did not expect was how deeply so many of you would touch ours. The impressions left on our hearts will stay with us forever.

This next chapter is giving us something that has become invaluable to us: time.

Time with our loved ones. Time with one another. Time with Luke and Anna. And especially with the health challenges our parents have faced, that gift of time means more to us now than ever before.

One thing that brings us peace is knowing the staff will be staying in place. They have helped carry the heart of RiverWalk, and that was very important to us.

We will miss everyone like crazy. The hugs, the laughs, the Saturday events, the familiar faces pulling in, and the feeling of being part of something so special. RiverWalk changed our lives, and so many of you became part of our family along the way.

So for one final time from Jim and me…

Welcome Home.

And, of course, stay off Jim’s grass. ❤️

Thank you for loving us, supporting us, encouraging us, and being part of the RiverWalk story. We are humbled, grateful, emotional, and hopeful for what this next chapter brings.

With so much love,
Jim & Marcia

*PS The events will continue and all vendors are secured for 2026 season. Mandy will be overseeing the “Sit Back & Relax Saturday Events” by @marcia_neese_n2development_

🚐✨ **Transformation Thursday** ✨🚐

Check out the incredible transformation of our Award Winning RV park from 2019, when building began, to now in 2024! We’ve come a long way in 4 years and overcome a lot of adversity, including flooding twice in our first season. We are so proud of our staff for their hard work and dedication, and we are immensely grateful to our amazing guests who inspire us to keep improving.

Thank you all for being part of our journey! 🙌❤️

We made our escape from Clapps Nursing Center today to celebrate Momu’s 82nd birthday! 🥳🎂❤️

We took a ride to see the leaves changing, stopped by our flip properties, and saved the best stop for last… visiting her Grandpups! 🐾 They were SO excited to see her and couldn’t get close enough! 😂❤️

God has blessed us with this day and the precious time we get to spend together. These are the moments I’ll always treasure.

Happy 82nd Birthday, Momu! We love you so much! ❤️🎉 by @marcia_neese_n2development_

🌳✂️ The Cove got a much-needed haircut today—and WOW, what a difference!! A HUGE shout-out to Brad Casey and the crew at C&B Tree Company for today’s tree trimming and removal! They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. You can finally see this handsome guy again! 🏡👏 There’s still plenty of work ahead, but seeing The Cove open up like this has us even more excited about what he can become!

🎨 N2 Designers, get ready—we’re going to need YOU! We can’t wait to have your help making this lakefront home beautiful, warm, and inviting again. We’ve got the vision, you’ve got the opinions, and we know you aren’t afraid to share them! 😂❤️

If you need tree work or landscaping, give Brad at C&B Tree Company a call! 336-456-9504 or message him.

Calling all our N2 Designers! 🏡❤️

It’s time for another design debate! 😂

Tonight’s question is for The Cove 3000sq ft rehab...

Is carpet still a thing?

We’re considering carpet in the bedrooms for a little extra warmth and comfort, but we want to hear what y’all are seeing and loving right now.

If carpet is still in, what kind?
Neutral? Low pile? Something soft and classic?

Or would you skip it and go with LVP throughout?

Drop your thoughts below… y’all always help us make the best decisions! ❤️

And don’t forget, we post our design questions at 8 PM! by @marcia_neese_n2development_

N2 Post Calling all our N2 designers! We need you back for ROUND TWO! 🎨🏡 We’ve added the flooring and a closer look at the cabinets so you can see how The Brinkley’s kitchen comes together!

Remember, this home will be going up for sale, so we’re choosing a color that will appeal to as many buyers as possible. Think about which kitchen would make someone walk in and say, “I could see myself living here!” 😍
1️⃣ Light Gray 2️⃣ Sage Green 3️⃣ Charcoal Gray 4️⃣ Greige

Drop your vote below! 👇 Have another cabinet color in mind? Tell us in the comments. Photos of colors you love are welcome too! Our volunteer design team has opinions, and we’re counting on them! 😂 #N2Development #TheBrinkley #KitchenVote #RoundTwo by @marcia_neese_n2development_

🏡❤️ THE BIG REVEAL… INTRODUCING “THE COVE”! ❤️🏡

We’ve been keeping a little secret, and we’re excited to finally share our newest N2 Development project!

Meet “The Cove! A nearly 3,000 sq. ft. bi-level home nestled along the shores of beautiful Oak Hollow Lake in High Point. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and incredible lakefront views, this property has so much potential! 🌳🌊

Now, he definitely needs his fair share of TLC! 😂 But sometimes you have to look past what’s there to see what something could become, and we have a pretty exciting vision for this one!

The photos show you where we’re starting and what we’re envisioning for his transformation. These are concept images, not completed renovations, and we’re sure our plans will evolve as we go!

And that’s where all of YOU come in! ❤️

We’ve had so much fun having you follow along with our renovation adventures, and with a project this size, we’re going to need our talented group of designers more than ever!

Expect plenty of voting, renovation updates, before-and-afters, a few surprises, and probably some unexpected challenges along the way. After all, what’s a renovation without a little chaos? 😂

We’ll be sharing updates around 8 PM each evening, so keep those voting fingers ready! 🗳️

Thank you for being part of this adventure with us. We can’t wait to see The Cove’s transformation unfold! ❤️🖤
