I don’t post what I went through for people to be sad but for people to know the injustice that happened to my family.

I am looking forward to my court cases , this is how you catch a whole system waiting to use anything you. It’s actually sad & terrifying the lengths what a bunch of random people can do to ones family.

What do you get when everyone gets caught ? by @marcocien

How is a father suppose to act after almost 2 years on house arrest with his own daughter ?

Let me explain what that means ,
When I would take care of Idalia I am not allowed to go out my home . Since she was born basically I was not able to take care her anywhere . Do you know how that feels ?

Since she was born I have not had my parental rights nor custody , basically just a babysitter . Locked in my home all day with my daughter for the 2 years with a Restraining order and a Visitstion order 2 days , for 2 hours since December 2024 .

Everyone will deny it but having people watch and listen to you while I would take care of MY DAUGHTER in our home .

Having to transition to supervised visits to a random place with random people .

Having only 2 hours for 2 days with your daughter since December 7th , 2023

Being denied more time because of a CPO in place for almost 3 years …

Is sick . A group of people got together and planned on how to take me out of my own daughter’s life . But gender equality exists right ?

This case wasnt justice for Idalia . It was to erase her father from her life and to prove a point .

Almost 3.5 years later , this court case wasnt to bring Justice . It was to prove a point and destroying a fathers life in the process.

#WhataboutIdalia ….. by @marcocien

It was never about Idalia .
Just people trying to get rid of her father .
One day she will go grow up and know everything that happened around her.
