Hey! Want to get to know me better?

I grew up in Toronto, the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and never left. Been living here for over 60 years.

I graduated from OCAD University back when it was OCA, specializing in photography. For the first two decades of my career, I worked across three completely different areas of photography. First in architecture, then photojournalism in conflict zones, then years in corporate advertising here in Toronto.

The advertising work gave me a deep understanding of business and what it truly means to be responsible to a client. I shot for Canadian Tire, Joe Fresh, Shoppers Drug Mart, and did packaging photography for interior designer Brian Gluckstein. Photographing room sets became second nature, and it was a natural extension of my early work in architectural photography.

Towards the end of my advertising career, I got involved with early virtual reality technology being used to capture real estate listings. After a couple of years doing that work, I got to know some of the best agents in and around Toronto.

These professionals were relentless in doing their best for their clients. Their level of commitment motivated me to become one of them. At age 49, I hauled myself back to college, got my realtor's license, and went back again three years later to become a broker.

Those early years were packed with learning. But because I treated every single client exceptionally well, my business started growing entirely through word of mouth and referral.

Today, I have over a decade in real estate full time with more than $50M sold. The most fulfilling part of my work is guiding clients through the GTA market and making sure their best interests are protected every step of the way.

When I'm not working, you'll probably spot me biking through Toronto in a suit. After 60 years in this town, it's still my favorite way to get around.

Today, I'm grateful to help people buy and sell homes in the GTA with empathy. by @marcosobrevinas

When AI actually SAVES my Clients Money :) by @marcosobrevinas

Real estate is NOT the stock market 🏠📉📈
Prices dipping. Rates rising. The headlines react every day. But if you’ve owned your home for 10+ years, all that chatter becomes irrelevant.
The average detached house in the City of Toronto:
2015: about $1.04M
2025: about $1.64M
It’s a long-term game. Buy for the long haul.
