When you see someone doing something cool or challenging or inspiring, instead of thinking, I could never do that, try thinking I can try that! 🙌🏼 Because you never know what you are capable of until you try! You just might surprise yourself!! 😍👍🏼👍🏼

Halloween definitely felt different this year, just moved to Utah, my husband living in a different state, and just sent my son on a mission, but I am so grateful for all of the new friends and my family that I have here 😍🎃👻.

My parents always made each holiday so fun and special growing up and I hope I can continue to do that for my kids!! 🎃👻😍

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! 🖤🎃

Can't wait for the next one!! 🙌🏼

Starting this new job as the Group Fitness Manager @vasafitness has been so fun and, to be honest, quite challenging. But it is something that I absolutely love doing, I have had a passion for fitness, specifically Group Fitness for the past 14 years, and even though I have felt stress and sometimes felt like I am not good enough or capable of doing this job, I have felt the love and support of my Heavenly Father in so many ways!!

When I've needed it the most, He shows up and helps me to know that I can do it and that I AM doing it!!

So grateful for this experience and what fitness has helped me with throughout my life!! ♥️🙏🏼♥️
