A Halloween weekend for the books. 🎃👻 Friends from near and far, finally back home, and all the Halloween magic in the best neighborhood. 🧡 by @margauxespy

✨ Featured Listing ✨One of my favorite streets in one of my favorite neighborhoods. 🤍 Haynes Manor is full of charm, with its winding, tree-lined streets, beautiful homes, and timeless architecture.

This beautiful Cape Cod is such a wonderful example of what makes the neighborhood special. Built in 1947, it blends classic Atlanta character with thoughtful updates and inviting spaces for modern living.

The covered porch with a wood-burning fireplace, bluestone terrace, and gorgeous backyard with a saltwater pool make this one especially hard to resist.

✨Featured Listing✨One of the things I love most about Brookwood Hills is that it feels like an oasis in the middle of the city — tucked away behind its tree-lined streets, beautiful park and sidewalks, yet just minutes from restaurants and the BeltLine. It’s the kind of neighborhood you might not know is here, but once you’re inside, it feels a little magical.

And the houses are a huge part of that magic. I’ve always loved Stan Dixon’s work, and I especially love the number of homes he and Norman Askins have created together throughout Brookwood Hills.

This 1927 home is such a beautiful example. Thoughtfully renovated and expanded by Dixon and Askins, it blends the character, craftsmanship and charm of an old Atlanta home with the space and livability of today.

And that screened-in porch with a fireplace… truly one of those spaces that makes you never want to leave.

One of the many reasons I love this neighborhood. ❤️

Double digits!!! 🥹 My girl turns 10 tomorrow!

A few favorite moments from this past trip around the sun with this funny, sassy, thoughtful, kind, witty, fashionable girl. She’s a great friend, has the biggest heart for dogs—which she comes by honestly—and is just so much fun to be around.

I’m incredibly thankful she’s mine and can’t believe we’re already celebrating 10. Happy birthday, Olivia! I love you so much. 💕🐶✨ by @margauxespy

Animal testing is still happening in 2026.

Until a few months ago, I had no idea.

When I first learned about the beagles being released from a research facility (Ridglan Farms) this spring, I couldn’t stop thinking about them. One article led to countless hours of learning, supporting rescues and advocates, and trying to understand how this was still happening.

After months of following their journey, applying, waiting, and hoping, one of those beagles finally came into my life.

She didn’t come with a name. She came with identification tattoos on her ears and belly.

For four and a half years, while our families were living life and making memories, she was confined to a cage in a research facility. She had never felt grass, sunshine, or the joy of simply being a dog. She endured painful experiments, including surgery without anesthesia documented in her records.

For her, life hadn’t even begun.

She’s been free for just over 16 weeks.

Her second chance happened because of @bigdogranchrescue , @bosleys.place, @centerforahumaneeconomy , foster families, veterinarians, advocates, legislators, and thousands of people who refused to accept that this was simply “the way it is.”

But Sunnie’s story is not the story of every beagle in a research facility. Tens of thousands are still being used in research and testing, and many will never get the second chance she has been given.

Sunnie is learning that the world can be safe and that people can be kind. After everything she’s been through, she still wants to trust. Watching her discover life’s simplest joys has been so sweet.

I’m sharing Sunnie’s story because awareness matters. If you’re thinking, “I didn’t know…” — neither did I…I can’t give her back the years she lost, but I can help make sure those years—and the animals still living through them—aren’t forgotten.

I hope Sunnie’s story has touched your heart, just as it has touched mine. If it has, I’ve shared resources and ways to help in my first comment and will continue to do so on Sunnie’s page @sunniesgreatescape.

Today, she’s not just a number. She has a name.

She is Sunnie. My little ray of sunshine. 🩷🐾

I’m really proud to share that I reached a personal goal and ranked in the top 25 agents at Dorsey Alston. 💚

This milestone is truly because of the clients who trust me, the referrals and continued support I’m so grateful for, and a brokerage that shares my values and is always just one call away. I’m also thankful for the incredible partners who help guide each transaction to the finish line — and for my family and friends who support me through the busy, unpredictable seasons.

Thank you all! 💚 by @margauxespy

✨SOLD Off-Market in Collier Hills✨

I’m thrilled to share that we were able to secure a wonderful off-market property for this family in the sought-after Collier Hills neighborhood. The last time it was on the market, there were 12 offers, so it’s no surprise that this one didn’t last long.

A big thanks to my buyers for being patient throughout the process—they’ve found the perfect home in an incredible neighborhood. And the best part? The neighbors (I happen to be one of them)! 😉

Looking forward to seeing this family make this house their own.
