We’ve been putting together a weekend filled with experiences that invite us to explore different parts of ourselves through Kambô, Leela, yoga, somatic movement, sound healing, live music, cacao, creative rituals, and time in nature.

There will also be personalized bodywork sessions, freshly prepared nourishing meals, cozy evenings, and plenty of time to rest and connect.

We’re keeping this gathering intimate, with only 6 participants, so everyone can receive personal attention and have the space to fully enjoy the experience.

Our beautiful Women’s retreat 🍂

We want to leave these warm memories here of how magical it is when women come together.

Each of us has our own busy life, our own story, our own challenges. And I feel like, especially when we live in a city, it is so important to have a chance to come together to be in nature. To return to something that is actually so natural for us.

Creating this weekend, we wanted every woman to feel relaxed, calm, safe, and able to enjoy what is happening right now. To slow down, pause, be present.

We filled these days with different practices such as meditations, breathwork, yoga, sound healing, cacao ceremony, Kambo medicine ceremonies, songs around the fire, walks in nature, delicious nourishing food, art, creativity, singing, live music, and heartfelt conversations🤍

We feel so much gratitude and happiness that we have the opportunity to create these retreats and bring women together in this way.

Thank you to every woman who trusted us, who brought her energy, her story, her presence into this circle. Every single person brought something unique, and together we created something that could never be created by one person alone. This is the magic of women coming together. 🤍

we will keep creating, dreaming, sharing, and growing together. To remind each other who we are. ✨ by @margo__roshak

Gratitude changes everything. It begins with learning to notice how much is already here: clean water, nourishing food, electricity, warmth, a safe home, peaceful skies, access to technology and education, the freedom to travel, make choices, and imagine a future. These things can feel so ordinary that we barely think about them, yet they are not a given for everyone.

Around 2.1 billion people still lack safely managed drinking water, 666 million live without electricity, and 2.1 billion experience moderate or severe food insecurity. Remembering this isn’t about feeling guilty because someone else has less, but about recognizing the quiet abundance within our everyday lives and finding gratitude even in the smallest things we so easily take for granted. We can continue dreaming, growing, and reaching for more while still appreciating the life that is already here. by @margo__roshak

I’ve been wanting to come back to this for a while, so I guess it’s finally time.

30 days of practicing, staying consistent, and seeing where it takes me.

And if there’s something you’ve been wanting to come back to too, maybe we can do it together and keep each other motivated along the way.

Day 1/30 🤍 by @margo__roshak

We’re less than a month away from our Full Moon Kambô Retreat in the Poconos 🌕🤍

And we have just 2 spots left 🐸

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is the time. Three days to step away from everyday life, spend time in nature, connect with an amazing group of women, and simply give yourself some space to breathe 💫 by @margo__roshak

We spend so much of our lives hoping to be seen, chosen, valued, and loved by others.

In the process, we often hand them the power to decide how we feel about ourselves.

The truth is, it was never meant to work that way.

The way you see yourself quietly influences how you allow others to see you.

The way you value yourself becomes the standard for what you’ll accept from the people around you.

Maybe today the question isn’t:

“Who is choosing me?”

Maybe it’s:

“Am I choosing myself?” by @margo__roshak

There is no “right age” to begin working with Kambo🐸

The medicine meets each person at the right moment when they feel ready to trust, listen, and begin a more conscious relationship with their body and energy⚡️

Still, I always feel a special kind of joy and excitement when I see younger generations finding their way to this work. It means so much to witness people choosing to care for themselves early, to become more aware of what is happening within them, and to support their well-being before things become deeply rooted or difficult to address.

Seeing this shift toward greater awareness, responsibility, and self-care gives me so much hope💚

Thank you dear @sandygoddess for making such a nice video 🙏🏻💙 by @margo__roshak

In the symphony of life, every soul has its own instrument. Together, we become music🤍 by @margo__roshak

Join us for a free live Q&A with Yara Yaworâ.

As Yara prepares for her upcoming visit to New York, we warmly invite you to join an open online conversation and get to know her before she arrives.

Together we’ll explore her personal journey, the traditions that have shaped her life, and the role that prayer, sacred songs, and ancestral wisdom continue to play in her work today.

This is a beautiful opportunity to listen, learn, and ask your own questions in a warm and welcoming space. Whether you’re simply curious, exploring your own path, or looking to connect with a living tradition, everyone is welcome.

Lately I’ve been reflecting on the difference between a teacher, a guru, and a cult leader…
From the outside, they can sometimes look surprisingly similar. They may all have devoted communities. They may all seem to offer answers, healing, or a path forward. But I keep coming back to one question:
Where does their teaching ultimately point?
Does it point back to them?
Or does it point back to you?
To me, a true teacher doesn’t want to become the center of your life. They don’t need your worship, your loyalty, or your dependence. They understand that every person carries an inner compass. Their role isn’t to replace that compass.
It’s to help you find it again.
Eventually, the deepest teaching invites us to stop searching outside for someone to follow and begin listening inward.
Maybe that has always been the point.
A true teacher expands your world.
A false one becomes your world. by @margo__roshak
