What happens when you’re a gymnast, your mom owns a Pilates studio, and the Cha Cha Slide comes on… 😂

M & J - I am so proud of you. I am proud of the long days the endless training hours, the discipline, confidence, resilience, perseverance, strength this sport is builds in you. The comps are fun, but I am proudest of who you are becoming everyday you show up for yourself.
Grateful to all the coaches, teammates, and our amazing gym family. To every gymnast and gymnastics mom out there, see you!

STRONG . PERCISE. INTENTIONAL.

We keep classes small — so every cue, every adjustment, every "feel that?" moment is actually about YOU.

A moment to be present in your body, not lost in a crowded room. Personalized coaching.

❎You don't have to be flexible.
❎You don't have to already have a strong core.
❎You don't have to "get in shape first."
✅That's what we're here for 😜

New to Core Theory? Your first 3 classes are $99.

✨ Boutique Pilates in Hopkinton

The biggest leap of faith is believing in yourself.

Taking this leap has been the most terrifying—and rewarding—decision of my life.

Forever thankful to my husband and #1 supporter for making that dream became reality. 🤍🔑
