El cambio empieza en ti. 💥 Si quieres transformar tu vida, primero debes transformar tu interior.

Every place taught me something about seeing myself clearly. About my shadows, my gifts, what devotion actually means.

2025 was the year it all came together. Bold decisions. Open heart. Total alignment.

I’ve spent years gathering tools from around the world—and they completely transformed my life.

On January 20th, I’m sharing what I’ve learned in a Human Design workshop to help you set aligned goals and raise your frequency for 2025.

Some of us used to care about saving the world, but we bacame numb and covered in 💩 believes and lies that society and status quo told us.

Ok if you used to care when you were a kid, teenage in your 20s but you are now living disconnected and don’t know what role you play in this anymore… I’d love to talk to you. by @mariasolanog

my entire life revolves around one question:

how can i become more of myself?

whatever the fuck that looks like.

more nerdy.
more slutty.
more conservative.
more ambitious.
less disciplined.
more spiritual.
less serious.
more opinionated.
more soft.
more weird.

you don't have to make sense to everyone.
you don't have to fit into a category.
you don't have to be the same person you were five years ago.

you are allowed to contradict yourself.
to change your mind.
to outgrow the identity you've spent years building.

just be fucking weird.

stop abandoning parts of yourself
to make other people comfortable.

and for fuck's sake,
stop living according to who you think you're supposed to be.

my mission is simple:

to help you become more of who you actually are,
whatever the fuck that looks like.

if you need a place to explore that,
you're in the right place.

follow along.
let's figure out who the fuck we are. by @mariasolanog

The theory or micro- decisions.

We make 30,000 decisions per day. If you keep saying yes when you mean no. Don’t ask yourself why you are in the wrong place.

If now you’re thinking I’m not in the wrong place do an experiment for 1 day.

Be radical about what your body says yes and what you do. Are they coherent?

If you can’t listen how you body speaks check you human design - it gives us our unique way of making decisions according to our body!

“I’ve kept a journal since I was fourteen. On the first cover I wrote, ‘If I die, give this to Lina Solano. No one else can read this’ Journals are for brutal honesty. If there’s no shame when you reread them, you’re not being honest yet. That honesty is the first step toward self-acceptance and purpose. And if your journaling is just gratitude lists or to-do’s, you’re missing the point.

Follow for brutally honest self-inquiry. by @mariasolanog

Suena familiar?

What happens when you stop trying to be the person you think you should be and begin observing how you naturally operate?

Instead of asking:

“How should I live?”

Human Design asks you to experiment with:

“What happens when I stop overriding my own nature?” by @mariasolanog

For the Projectors who have spent their lives trying to prove themselves:

You were never meant to keep up with everyone else.

You don’t have to work until you collapse to prove your worth.
You don’t have to be productive every second.
You don’t have to force your way into rooms where you’re not being seen.

Your gift is not in doing more.

It’s in **seeing**.

Seeing people.
Seeing systems.
Seeing what could work better.
Seeing what others might not be able to see yet.

And yes, the world may have taught you to question that gift because it doesn’t always look like traditional productivity.

But you are not here to become more like Generators.

You are here to master **your own way of seeing**.

So if you have a Projector in your life who needs to hear this:

Send this to them.

Maybe they don’t need to work harder.

Maybe they need to remember what they already see. by @mariasolanog
