Kyan soared to a NEW Personal Record in the High Jump! Your hard work paid off, and we’re so proud of your growth and confidence. But let’s talk about who this young man is as a person. He’s got a great sense of humor and looks out for our littles in the team. I’ve watch him walk them to their events, help them check in, warm up and get ready. You’ll even find him walking with them using his umbrella to shade them in those hot summer AS months when the sun is scorching. Track isn’t just about running fast and going great distances. It’s character building. Positive youth to youth examples. Thank you for being that example Kyan. We see you! by @maricopaperegrines
Proud of These Kiddos! What a great morning with our Peregrines! These kiddos took on a new course, and they did so much more than simply run. They helped each other, encouraged each other, supported each other, and kept pushing forward together. That is what being a Peregrine is about. The stopwatch tells us the times. The experience tells us so much more. A huge THANK YOU to our parents for continuing to push, encourage, support, and get these athletes where they need to be. Your commitment makes these mornings possible, and these are the kinds of memories our kids will carry with them. This was about more than seconds and places. It was about teamwork, courage, perseverance, and learning to FLY TOGETHER. So incredibly proud of these kiddos! Great morning. Great memories. Great Peregrines. FLY TOGETHER! by @maricopaperegrines

Kumina ran his second fastest time today!!! The competition is fierce. Several of the boys he’s raced all season also qualified and I’m pretty sure they all hit personal bests! It’s so impressive to see this level of talent! Kumina will run again tomorrow having run a qualifying time! #100m #trackandfield by @maricopaperegrines
