When people say that yoga is boring, I can’t help but smile. 🧘‍♀️
Maybe they simply haven’t yet discovered everything that lies beyond the familiar asanas.
Yoga is not just stretching and beautiful poses. It’s strength, balance, flexibility, body control, breathwork, and learning to stay calm when everything inside you is being challenged.
It’s an endless journey of self-discovery. Today, you can’t do something that once seemed impossible. And then, one day, you finally get there. And you realise that it’s not just your body that has changed — you have changed too.
In yoga, there is no finish line. There are only new layers of yourself waiting to be discovered.
So, when someone says that yoga is boring, I think about how many incredible things they haven’t experienced yet.
See you on the mat. 🤍
