Halloween wedding? We were dying to do it. 💀 🍫 Here’s a look at a few decor moments we brought to life for this @kateandcompany wedding last weekend. by @marinelle.co
When your stepbrother asks you to plan his Halloween wedding, you say yes and immediately start booking the zombies. Alex and Connor’s Obsidian Garden event had two aisles, a foggy abbey, and a menu they chose down to the last drink. It was so completely them, and I’m so proud of what we built together. 🖤 XO, K by @marinelle.co
BTS this week at our warehouse.💀 Fabricating, painting, packing up... it’s wedding week, and it’s a spooky one. 🤎 by @marinelle.co
The fastest way to get booked again? Stop saying "no" and start saying "yes" - with a boundary. We’re in the service industry. Your job is to protect your team and serve the client. That’s why "yes, but" works so well. Just: "Yes, I can do that..." - and here’s how we make it happen safely - and here’s the boundary that keeps it working That mindset changes everything. Clients feel taken care of, and you stay in control. A collection of pretty things isn't thoughtful design. Knowing what belongs and how it all comes together to tell your story, is.
