Well, since we’re going to be spending some time together… hi. I’m Marissa. 🥂🖤

I’m a mom of three, married to my soulmate, a rom-com-at-heart girl, lover of ridiculously big dreams, voice-note queen, and a God-led visionary who has never been interested in living a life that simply looks good on paper.

I want the one that feels fucking magnificent to live.

And that’s the heartbeat behind everything I do here.

I work with ambitious women who can feel there is more for them.

More aliveness. More money. More love. More freedom. More purpose. More of themselves.

Not because the life they have isn’t enough, but because they know they weren’t given those desires by accident.

My work lives in the space between wanting the life and becoming the woman who can actually hold it.

There’s a difference between getting what you desire and becoming the woman with the capacity to receive it, hold it, sustain it, and still recognize herself inside of it.

I believe success gets to exist alongside your peace.

I believe motherhood gets to expand you, not make you smaller.

I believe you get to have the business and the love story, the money and the presence, the ambition and the softness.

I believe you get to build a life big enough to hold all of you.

That’s the work.

The identity shifts. The self-knowing. The capacity. The becoming. The evidence stacking. The big fucking decisions that change the trajectory of a life.

And somewhere in between, we’re going to romanticize the shit out of being alive, make ordinary moments feel extraordinary, celebrate who we’re becoming, and keep following the whispers God put on our hearts. ✨

If you’ve found your way here, I have a feeling you’re my kind of woman.

Deeply grateful for the life she has and still brave enough to admit she wants more.

More of herself. More of what lights her up. More of the life she can already feel calling her forward.

Whether you’ve been here for years or we’re just meeting, I’m really fucking glad you’re here. 🖤

Now tell me something about you. Not what you do.

Who are you becoming? by @marissaderossett

My kids have seen every version of me.

The version who didn’t know who she was.
Who was still navigating broken family dynamics, people pleasing, and a lifetime of abandoning herself just to feel loved.
The version who was trying to be a good mom… while quietly feeling lost as a woman.

They’ve seen me in the middle of it.
Not healed.
Not certain.
Just trying to find my way.

And they’ve also seen what happens when you decide you’re not staying there.

They’ve watched me question everything I was taught to tolerate.
They’ve watched me rebuild my relationship with myself, soften into my feminine, and completely redefine what love, safety, and partnership look like.
They’ve watched me start over, take risks, hit edges in business and life, doubt myself… and keep going anyway.

Because this version of me?
She didn’t happen overnight.

She was built in the moments no one saw— when I chose growth over comfort, truth over approval, and alignment over what looked good on the outside.

I didn’t have it all figured out when I became a mom.
I was 22, trying to raise a child while still learning how to become myself.

But what I’ve given my kids isn’t perfection.

I’ve given them a front-row seat to what it looks like to evolve.
To take ownership.
To change your life when something doesn’t feel right.
To become someone you’re proud of—step by step.

And that matters more than getting it “right” from the beginning.

So if you’re in a season where you feel like you’re still figuring it out…
where you’re growing, but not quite where you want to be yet…

You’re not behind.

You’re becoming.

Comment “STANDARD” if you’re ready to keep rising into the version of you you know you’re here to be. by @marissaderossett

I used to be a 10/10 daughter.

I said all the right things. I played small to stay safe. I smiled when it hurt.
I kept the peace, even when it cost me my truth.
I betrayed myself over and over just to belong and at one point, I thought that was love.

But what happens when your soul starts whispering…
“You were never meant to live like this”?

What happens when you stop shrinking… and start listening?

For me, it looked like walking away from everything familiar.
Leaving Arizona, packing up my family, and starting over in Ohio.
It looked like heartbreak and grief. Family silence. Holidays full of ache.
No one trying to talk it out. No one saying, “I’m sorry.”
It looked like being the cycle breaker the one who says,
“This ends with me… even if it hurts.”

But underneath the grief was clarity.
And underneath the sadness was rebirth.

I found the version of me I was always meant to be.
I fell in love with my husband again. I fell in love with myself again.
I lost 40 pounds…emotionally, mentally, spiritually.
I started showing up in my wholeness.
Opportunities flowed. Peace became my new normal.

I stopped being the daughter who abandoned herself.
And I became the woman who parents herself like a f*cking Queen.
The one who listens to her needs. The one who honors her boundaries.
The one who doesn’t hustle for her worth because she knows she was born with it.

👑

So no… I’m not the “perfect daughter” anymore.
But I’m finally me. And that’s more than enough.

If this story resonates with you…
If you’ve walked through the fire,
If you’ve had to choose yourself even when it was hard
Comment “me too” below. Or just let me know if you’ve felt this.

You are not alone in your becoming.
And you never were.

I swear, being a mom will have you questioning yourself over things you wouldn’t think twice about otherwise.

Was I patient enough today? Did I handle that right? Am I doing enough? Am I getting any of this right? 😂

It’s wild how easily we can remember the moments we wish we’d handled differently, yet completely overlook all the evidence that we’re actually doing a pretty damn good job.

Something I’ve been realizing lately is that so much of what I’m trying to teach my kids, I’m still learning myself.

How to work through big emotions. How to pause before reacting. How to trust myself instead of constantly questioning everything.

I’m trying to break patterns I didn’t even realize I had, while giving my kids tools I wish I’d learned a whole lot earlier.

Of course I’m not going to get it right every time. Neither are they.

That’s kind of the point.

I don’t want my kids growing up thinking they have to be perfect to feel good about themselves, so why am I holding myself to that standard?

Maybe breaking the pattern also means learning to stop being so hard on the woman who’s doing the breaking.

So here’s your reminder, mama. Look for the evidence of what you’re doing right, too.

I promise there’s more of it than you think. 🖤 by @marissaderossett

Listen, I genuinely wish everyone well. I don’t pray on anybody’s downfall, I don’t plot revenge, I don’t sit around waiting for karma to do her thing.

BUTTTT 😂

When life delivers a little plot twist to someone who did you dirty, am I supposed to pretend I don’t see the irony???

I’m spiritual, not humorless. 😭💅🏼

I can have a good heart, forgive you, move on with my life, and still find certain things absolutely fucking hilarious.

Two things can be true, babe. 🖤 by @marissaderossett

Sometimes the chapter you’re most afraid of is the one that was written for you all along.

The one where everything clicks not because it’s easy, but because you finally chose you.

The truth is… we often stay stuck in the familiar, not because it’s right, but because it’s known. Safe-feeling. Predictable.

But there comes a moment where you stop asking “what if it doesn’t work?” and start asking “what if it does?”

What if the version of you that you keep dreaming about the one with the peace, the purpose, the joy, the overflow…isn’t waiting for a better time…

She’s just waiting for you to believe it’s safe to begin.

So here’s to the chapter you’re afraid to start.
Because it might just become your favorite one yet. 🦋

If you’re ready to step into your next season with more softness, power, and trust in your path…I’d love for you to come hang with me here 💌

A little dramatic. A lot of heart. An entire universe happening in here. ♌️❤ by @marissaderossett

“What do you do?” never feels like a simple question to answer.

You usually come to me when you can feel that something in your life is asking to shift.

Maybe the life you built was once the dream, but now you feel exhausted inside of it. You are grateful for so much, but you also know there is more for you.

You want to make more money. You want to shift your career or finally do the thing you have always wished you were brave enough to do. You want to feel happier in your actual life. You want to be more present with your kids. You want to feel closer to your partner. You want to stop feeling like you are just surviving a life you are supposed to be grateful for.

At first, it may look like you want one thing to change.

Really, you are ready to come back to yourself.

When we do this work, you start building so much self-trust that your outer world begins to catch up to who you are becoming.

You start making decisions from confidence instead of fear. You start holding new standards for yourself. You start respecting yourself more, and the people around you begin to feel that shift too.

Money can start coming in through ways you never imagined. New opportunities can open. Your relationship can start to feel softer, safer, deeper, and more alive. Your body can start changing as you change the way you relate to yourself. The weight that has felt impossible to move can finally begin to release.

This is why I cannot reduce my work into one cute sentence.

I do not just help you change one area of your life.

I help you transform the whole woman.

Last October, I was walking under the trees as the leaves were falling, feeling sad, heartbroken, lost, and unsure of who I even was anymore.

This October, I feel like a completely different woman.

I have more confidence, higher standards, 50 pounds gone, more clarity, more presence, more money, more safety within myself, and more trust in who I am than I ever have before.

That is the work.

Not becoming someone else.

Coming home to the woman you were always meant to be.

If you are ready for a transformation that touches your whole life, comment BECOMING and I’ll send you the details for what’s next. by @marissaderossett

Some people really should come with a surcharge.

How did one conversation cost me my mood, my focus, my creativity, and three business days?

Like no babe, this was not just “a quick call.”

This was emotional labor.
This was nervous system damage.
This was me needing silence, electrolytes, and a full identity reset after being around your chaos.

This is why boundaries matter.

You are not mean for protecting your peace.
You are not “too sensitive” because your body tells the truth.
You are not wrong for noticing who you become after certain people get access to you.

The wrong people can have you overthinking, over explaining, doubting yourself, shrinking your standards, and calling it love, loyalty, friendship, or “just being nice.”

Meanwhile, your body is like, girl… we are unwell.

You do not need to be available for every draining conversation.

You do not need to keep giving access to people who leave you feeling farther away from yourself.

Your peace is expensive.

Start acting like it.

Send this to the friend who needs to start charging people for energetic damages. by @marissaderossett

Last October, you had no idea who you’d be standing here as today.

The things that would change.
The versions of yourself you’d outgrow.
The moments that would ask you to meet yourself in an entirely new way.

There’s something beautiful about butterfly season.

From the outside, it might look like everything happened all at once.

But you know what it took to get here.

The quiet realizations. The uncomfortable truths. The decisions nobody witnessed. The courage to release what no longer felt like yours to carry.

Somewhere along the way, you stopped trying so hard to become someone else.

You started becoming more of yourself.

A little more certain of what matters.
A little less available for what pulls you away from yourself.
A little more in love with the life unfolding in front of you.

Maybe this October looks nothing like you imagined it would.

Still, look at you.

You’re living proof that an entire life can begin to change long before the world notices.

Here’s to the woman you were last October.

She carried you here.

Here’s to the woman you are today.

She’s only beginning to discover just how beautiful her wings can be. 🦋🖤 by @marissaderossett

You’re waiting for validation from people who may never have the capacity to understand who you are becoming.

A perfect man came into the world carrying truth, love, devotion, and light, and even he was rejected by the people who could not recognize what was standing in front of them. So maybe being misunderstood does not mean you are wrong. Maybe it means your light is touching places people are not ready to look at yet.

That is the part that keeps so many women stuck. Not because your vision is wrong, or your voice is too much, or your desires are unrealistic, but because you are still trying to make your truth feel safe inside of rooms that were never built to hold it.

You soften the message. You over explain the dream. You wait for someone else to say, “Yes, I see it too,” before you fully trust what you already know in your body.

There comes a moment where you have to stop making your life more digestible for people who are committed to misunderstanding you.

The world has always questioned the ones who came here to disrupt something. It rarely claps at the beginning. It rarely validates the woman who is still becoming. It usually calls her too much before it ever calls her brave.

Your work is not to become more acceptable.

Your work is to stop abandoning the version of you that already knows.

You do not need the whole world to understand your assignment. You need to stop asking for permission from people who were never meant to validate it.

Follow for more if you’re done shrinking your truth to be understood by people who were never meant to lead you. by @marissaderossett
