____________

Art is an inner journey.
In the stillness of the studio, I reconnect with what truly nourishes me: the material, the emotion, the essence of each moment. Every creation is a reflection of my own path — a balance between inner forces and suspended moments.

My work is a constant search for meaning. Each gesture, each decision, is an invitation to go beyond form, to seek harmony between art and soul.

Inspiration arises from the world around me — textures, encounters, moments of silence. And by letting the material speak, by truly listening to it, I help reveal the work that lies dormant within.

Each piece becomes a silent conversation, a story shared between the material and myself.

A meeting — sometimes delicate, but always profound.

What happens when ceramics stop simply occupying an interior - and start shaping it?

At Ceramic Art Fair + Glass in Paris, Galerie Aurélien Jeauneau brings together seven ceramic artists in Peau d’Âne, a presentation freely inspired by the visual world of Jacques Demy’s film.

The gallery approaches the presentation through metamorphosis - from raw material to object, from the everyday towards illusion.

For this Ceramic Curated edit, we explore another aspect of that transformation: what happens when ceramics move beyond the autonomous object and become part of the interior itself?

On the cover, Géraldine Cornette de Saint Cyr’s Tabourets Janus (2025) brings together ceramic and gold. Circular openings, textured surfaces and ornamental details turn the pair of stools into sculptural furniture, where decoration becomes part of the structure.

Elsewhere, Adeline Delesalle transforms ceramic into a source of light with a floor lamp punctuated by illuminated openings. Étienne Dubernet explores the sculptural possibilities of ceramic furniture, while Marjorie Waks gives the coffee table an architectural presence through simple geometric supports. Antoine Marquis combines relief, structure and illumination in an object that reads almost like miniature architecture.

What connects these works is not a single aesthetic, but a shift in role.

Ceramics are no longer simply placed inside the room. They begin to shape how the room is lit, structured and experienced.

Galerie Aurélien Jeauneau brings a touch of cinematic magic to the fair, uniting seven artists around an unexpected source of inspiration: Jacques Demy’s Peau d’Âne.

With works by Géraldine Cornette de Saint Cyr, Adeline Delesalle, Marjorie Waks, Étienne Dubernet, Julie Descamps, Antoine Marquis, and Théo Ouaki, this presentation plays with curious forms, subtle metamorphoses, and story-driven clay. Seven distinct creative minds, held together by a shared sense of wonder, think curious shapes, playful transformations and a little fairy-tale magic, all told through clay.

You will find yourself wanting to slow down, take in every detail and let your imagination wander.

Ici, les journées se ressemblent rarement. Une pièce qui sèche, une autre qu’on reprend, des mains qui passent de l’une à l’autre.
