Had such a great time attending the premiere of @meatmylk at the BFI london film featival with my beautiful mother, @flack_janet, where I play the character Kai. ❤️🎬

A massive thank you to @llusco and @badambads for being so welcoming and accommodating. 🙏❤️
It was a surreal experience seeing myself on the big screen, but even more special to see what @llusco has created with this film. The direction is exceptional, and @samdgittins delivers a phenomenal performance as John.

An unforgettable experience, and a real privilege to be part of it! ❤️ by @mark_manofsteel_flack

What a time in Greece with bro. Big eye opener and we both really needed it. Site seeing cultural and historic sites, eating clean still training, partying on the night getting lost in the wild with low fuel in car all the funny memories made. This is what life's about you got to enjoy it. @mark_manofsteel_flack by @mark_manofsteel_flack

When 2 Artist come together. I asked Mark to design me a piece with a description and he made the perfect masterpiece with a beautiful poem at the back. I new Kasper was the man to tattoo it and pull it off and in the end all I can say is its beautiful. This has deep meaning to me and I want to thank them both. 🖤 @mark_manofsteel_flack @k.z_tattz @upnorthtattoogaff by @mark_manofsteel_flack

Sophia — the evolution of an idea.

From the first fragments of a thought, through sketches, symbols, and endless transformations — this piece travelled through many incarnations before finding its final form.

A study of wisdom, becoming, and the hidden layers that reveal themselves over time. Inspired by the ancient idea of Sophia — divine wisdom, the journey from chaos into creation, from the unseen into the embodied.

Created for my friend Adil, @classic_adz98
design that carries its own story: every line, every revision, every stage a part of the final awakening.

"Logos"

Logos (λόγος) — c. 500 BCE, Heraclitus
The hidden order behind change.

Heraclitus spoke of the Logos — the universal principle that gives structure and meaning to reality, the unseen order within constant transformation.

Centuries later, this idea found a powerful connection in Christianity through the opening of the Gospel of John:
“In the beginning was the Word (Logos), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

The Logos became understood as the divine reason and expression of God — , through whom creation and meaning are revealed.

This painting explores the meeting point between the ancient and the eternal: human and divine, the physical and the spiritual, chaos and order.

The Logos — the order within change, the Word behind creation. by @mark_manofsteel_flack
