Allow me to reintroduce myself… 🎤🧍🏾‍♂️

My name is Markell! My vision is to grow a community of athletes who seek a strength that they never dreamed of having before.

My 5 rules as an online trainer are as follows!

1. I am responsible for my clients success and failures.
2. I will never make false promises.
3. I will prioritize my clients health over aesthetics.
4. I will always meet my clients where they are.
5. I will always aim for sustainability over speed with my clients progress.

If you have ever had a trainer that has compromised any of these rules, I am sorry.

I hope that you know that there are sincere fitness trainers out there that truly have your best interests in mind and I am one of them.

If you are ready to renew your strength and begin achieving the goals you desire, click the link in my bio and apply to my 1:1 online training app to get started.

Tired of restrictive diets that leave you drained? 🤔

Discover the power of REVERSE dieting.

Unlike typical approaches, you can strategically eat more and potentially boost your metabolism, gain muscle and even lose body fat.

See real results by gradually increasing calories and fueling your body properly.

Take Kam for example. She did my online training and trusted the process with reverse dieting. Normally I am not a huge fan of marketing before and afters because most of her benefits came in ways that you can’t see.

Now she has more ENERGY throughout her day. More MUSCLE which is boosting her metabolism, helping her lose body fat.

Maybe it’s time to rethink those outdated methods other trainers push and join Markell’s Fitness 😉

Comment “RD” and I will send you a free Reverse Dieting Guide so you can get started 🥗

Most people overcomplicate the squat. Not us!

At Core Results, we understand that the goblet squat is one of the best ways to build a strong squat pattern.

This matter because when done incorrectly, it’s can be super uncomfortable and can impede on actually making progress in your leg strength.

Try these cues before your next leg day:

• Brace the core
• Sit between the hips
• Knees track with toes
• Chest tall
• Drive through mid-foot

Get more pull ups with two simple fixes.

1. Before the “pull” even begins, focus on depressing your scapula or raising your body without bending your arms.

2. Raise your eye level. Raising your eyes will help promote more extension in the spine, creating more space for your chest to open up allowing for a better squeeze using your back muscles.

Save this video and try these out before your next back day!

Personal record attempt for Back Squat at 380lbs. by @markellsfitness

With summer soon approaching, I did the unthinkable.

I intentionally chose to gain weight. Usually this time of the year, people are scrambling to lose fat so that they can get the summer body they want…

I did the exact opposite.

By reverse dieting, I increased my calorie intake to build muscle mass and raise my caloric maintenance which sets me up a lot better for summer.

This not only enhances my physique but also supercharges my metabolism which gives my “cut” more run way during my calorie deficit.

This will also make it easier to maintain my fat loss and during the summer.

Most coaches preach calorie restriction first, but I’m hoping to change the narrative and offer a more sustainable approach to losing body fat.

Here’s a quick look inside what my Saturday looked like. This was such a great day.

There were elements of exploration with trying out a new gym and coffee shop in Downtown Wendell and I really enjoyed them both! 💪🏾🍵

I followed that with some time for rest by the river, soaking up some sunshine as I got some undistracted reading 📖☀️

Creatine Monohydrate is THE most studied, effective supplement in the market that is STILL being criminally being underutilized.

Creatine supplementation has been shown to have several main benefits:

* Increased muscle strength.
* Improved muscle power output.
* Increased lean body mass.
* Enhanced athletic performance.
* Increased muscle hypertrophy.
* Potential increase in lower leg muscle density in older adults.
* Increased brain cognitive function.

To maximize results while on creatine supplementation, following a structured strength training program is key.
