POSTS STORIES REELS

These are my business values ⬇️

1. I believe in ethical marketing. After creating a solution to someone’s problem, marketing is simply answering all the questions someone has before buying.…no coercion or manipulation required. 🫶

2. I care about my client’s results.
And I like to work with those who do too.

3. I believe relationships are at the heart of successful businesses. People buy from people they trust. Storytelling is a natural way to build trust, connect, and create lasting relationships. Resulting in your audience feeling understood, supported, and confident in choosing you.

4. I believe in creating a life-first business because having a good personal life is a greater mark of success than any business achievement. Business success is never worth it if it comes with dropping the ball in your personal life. As a mom with mental health challenges, I value balance and building a business that supports that.

4. I believe in personal development and that business is the greatest personal development journey! A HUGE reason I love it so much.

Any you share with me? Would love to hear below! 🥰🫶 by @marketwithintent

Selling through email looks like knowing what the heck you are even selling through email first. You need to get clear on this before you write a single word.

Because every email should naturally tie back to that offer.

If you’re launching next month, your emails this month should be preparing your audience mentally for that launch. That means:

➡️ Debunking false ideas about your offer
➡️ Helping them recognize the problem your offer solves
➡️ Shifting their perspective so they want the solution

Here’s an example:
A client of mine was launching a digital product in three months. So, I mapped out an email strategy that nurtured her audience ahead of time. By the time her offer dropped, people were already sold on the solution, and most of her sales came straight from email.

If your launch is next month, but your emails aren’t intentionally prepping people, they should be, your launch emails will be a lot more effective.

Before your audience is ready to see you as the solution, ask yourself this question:

What do they need to know first? If you’re a fitness coach and your offer is about diet, your audience first needs to believe that diet plays a huge role in weight loss. Before you ever sell them on your program, you have to sell them on that belief.

And then when your launch rolls around?
You’re not convincing people to buy, you’re guiding them to the next logical step.

This is how you make sales feel easier over email, most people only scratch the surface and treat it as an afterthought platform.

If you’re ready for a strategic email plan that actually nurtures sales, let’s talk.

You shouldn’t have to wait for a launch to send sales-driven emails.

You can (and should) be selling regularly through your newsletters. Sending emails that provide immense value and help your future clients better understand their problems.

Using email just to drive traffic to your long-form content, is only scratching the surface of your email list.

Email can work within your entire marketing plan to help further nurture and build trust and conversions for your offers.

So start making your emails lead back to and be related to your offers.

If you have a launch next month, you should be sending emails now to prepare someone mentally for the offer you are going to launch.

As an email strategist, this is the approach I take when writing emails for my clients. I don’t write a word until I find out what your sales goals are first.

If you are looking to have email taken off your plate with emails that sound like they are from you, and are backed with a strategy to support your marketing goals, send me a DM, let’s chat. #emailmarketing #onlineserviceprovider #emailmarketingtips by @marketwithintent

If you want to grow your email list, you have to invite people to join your email list, like A LOT.

I’m talking several times a week a lot.

Tell people what they’re gonna get out of being on your list:

• On your stories
• At the end of your Instagram posts (as the CTA, tell them to drop a comment so you can send it to them with ManyChat, or just tell them to grab it from your bio).

You have to be selling your email list regularly if you actually want to grow it.

That’s the secret.
There is no other way. #emailmarketing #email #coursecreator #fitnesscoach by @marketwithintent

On social media, there’s this constant battle in my head… writing a post that will perform for the algorithm vs. saying something that will actually connect with the people I want to reach.

But over email? That battle disappears.

You’re not tweaking your message to fit an algorithm. You’re speaking directly to the people on your list, showing up in their inbox, and building a real connection.

You get to share stories that resonate, that relate, and that sell. All without wondering if you used the the right trending audio, or the right number of hashtags.

If you know email should be a big part of your marketing strategy but you just don’t have the time (or simply don’t want to do it), I’d love to help.

Because the way I do email marketing? It sounds just like you.

We start with a call to shape your messaging together. I uncover the most persuasive stories you need to sell your offer. I make sure your emails feel like you…so when people read them, they’d never guess it wasn’t you writing them.

If that sounds like what you need, let’s talk. DM me “email” #emailmarketing #emailcopywriting #emailcopywriter by @marketwithintent

I used to worry about my email list being filled with freebie seekers, people who grab the free resource and don’t actually read the emails.

And honestly? A lot of that worry came from the fact that I don’t always read emails myself.

But here’s what I’ve realized:
Yes, some people will sign up just for the freebie (like the person who joined with the domain “crapisignedupfor.com”).

But guess who else joins your email list?

👉 Your warmest leads.
👉 The people who want to hear from you no matter which platform you’re on.
👉 The ones hanging on to every word you write over email.

Never underestimate this. Your emails are reaching the people who matter most, those who are moving closer to working with you every time they open one.

Here’s proof:
The people who join my program from email? I’ve never spoken to them before.

The ones from social? They often need a lot more nurturing, DMs, calls, etc.

This is the power of email: sharing stories, building trust, and establishing authority at scale.

How I make your emails more effective as an email strategist. ⬇️

First: I begin by looking at who is on your list. Where are you growing your list from? Are there two different audiences you need to segment? How warm are they currently? This helps me know the most effective emails to send your list.

Second: I find out where email fits for you in your overall marketing plan. Are you using it as a nurture platform to close the sell? To build trust?

Third: I get strategic. What are you selling? Any launches coming up or evergreen? What more should your audience be prepared for when you are selling it? Making sure the emails nurture and prepare for those offers.

Fourth: Once I am clear on what you want to sell I go back to the research and find out the most pressing reasons people want to buy and use those topics in the emails.

Lastly: I analyze. What’s working? What’s not? Should I change the CTA, add the CTA higher up in the email? All the tweaks to make sure they are more effective.

I studied family studies for my undergrad, and the biggest takeaway I learned when it comes to building great relationships was this: it’s not the big, flashy moments that create great relationships. You know, the love at first sight stories, or the perfect wedding.

Instead, It’s the small, everyday stuff that makes relationships strong.
•How you respond when someone talks.
•How you show up, even when it’s inconvenient.
•How you pay attention to what they need and actually care enough to do something about it.

And you know what? Email marketing is the same!

It’s not about the huge launches that determine how successful your email strategy is.

It’s about how consistently you showed up BEFORE the launch, how connected you are to your list. How well you connected your solution to their problem, and the trust you built over time, these things determine how successful it is overall.

And that’s a huge reason why I find storytelling makes a difference in email…by sharing the right stories over email you build relationships, trust and position yourself as the person who can help solve their problem.

I mean there’s a reason the platform we write emails in is called a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) ;).

Because that’s what email is really about: managing relationships. Show up, tell your story, and connect.

That’s how you make your emails work and feel good while you’re at it. #email #emailstorytelling #emailtips #emailcopywriting by @marketwithintent

I see all the time lately business owners announcing that they’re going to prioritize email, sharing their newsletter.

But if you look at it, this newsletter is basically just a fancy blog post.

It has several sections, just sharing day in the life, behind the scenes, random tips.

And this is a great nurture strategy.
And a lot of creators are actually doing this for their long-form content.

But that’s what it is. It’s long-form content, just like a blog nurtures. That’s what this email strategy does.

But if you are a business owner, you want the time effort energy you put into email to do MORE than that. You want to use your email for marketing purposes.

This requires a different strategy. A strategy that follows the basic marketing principles…

Making sure what you’re sending each week is leading to your offers.

You have to make sure it’s pressing on the right messaging, sharing relevant emails about the problems they’re currently facing, about the desires that they have, about how you can be that solution for them. That your emails follow the rule of one that inspires action rather than overwhelms.

That is what an effective email marketing strategy looks like.

So if you’re ready to make email, one of your main marketing platforms, go to my bio and join the waitlist today.

I’m teaching all of this and more in an upcoming sprint.

*yes I know there are several different definition of newsletter *also I think there are great components of a newsletter we can all borrow in our email marketing like how value based they are. But the goal is different their goal is sponsorship. Yours is sales. by @marketwithintent

A few months ago I wrote about how I’m an avid unsubscriber and how someone’s emails have to essentially be perfect to keep me on their list.

The backlash was insane. People were hurt and offended, and for good reason.

They felt that thinking about the unsubscribers only caused more paralysis leading to not emailing.

And I get it now. I get it because after that post I went from only emailing for my clients to taking my own email marketing seriously.

And let me tell you, there were MANY weeks where perfectionism stopped me from emailing.

So I see now I was wrong in saying that. Because we aren’t writing for the unsubscribers. We are writing for those who need our help to solve their problem right now.

The people who signed up to your list to solve that problem you offer (whether Pinterest marketing, fitness whatever you do) those people are hanging on to every word, and looking forward to those emails because they want help in that area of business or life.

Because the main reason people unsubscribe is because of relevance.

So instead of being sad about unsubscribers, celebrate that those whom your services are no longer relevant to will naturally clear out.

Giving you confidence that you are emailing your true fans.

I am fascinated by life coaching.

So much so that I read books on it regularly, for fun.

I’ve also discovered that it originated from CBT therapy, so l’ve purchased textbooks on that as well.

I see it as therapy for regular people. Those who want to make changes in their life but struggle to execute.

As I started learning about copywriting and the buyer’s journey, I noticed parallels between copy and life coaching.

Copywriting like life coaching takes someone on a journey from unaware of the gap between where they are, and where they want to be- to guiding them closer to that goal.

So you can imagine my complete excitement when I discovered that someone (aka Ryan Schwartz) not only made this connection but actually created a framework around it Coaching The Conversion!

Where he takes the principles of life coaching and coaches someone along a journey to shift their perspective and bring them closer to their goals!

So l am thrilled to share that l’ve obtained a new certification: 10x Launches from Copyhackers!

So if you are looking for launch copy, I’d love to write it for you!
